BraveRX, operated by Brave Labs LLC, is a cash-pay telehealth ED service selling four compounded combination products. Surge Max is an as-needed sublingual tablet combining tadalafil, sildenafil and apomorphine; Surge Daily Pro is a once-daily sublingual tablet of low-dose tadalafil, apomorphine and icariin, the active constituent of horny goat weed; Prime Max Pro is a capsule of tadalafil, vardenafil, apomorphine and L-citrulline; and Prime Max Core is a capsule of tadalafil and vardenafil only. You complete an online medical profile, a board-certified physician reviews it, and if treatment is appropriate the medication ships to you. It is available in every state except North Dakota.

Its terms name Madame Rx LLC, doing business as Chemistry Rx in Pennsylvania, as a pharmacy. Confirm your assigned clinician and pharmacy. Online intake is reviewed by a physician, typically within 24 hours, then a compounded product shipped direct — no in-person visit, confirm insurance billing rather than assuming coverage; no lab work in the default path. A physician only contacts you if more information is needed. That is standard for the category and fine for uncomplicated ED, where the diagnosis is largely a conversation rather than a test. It is less suited to ED that has appeared suddenly or alongside other symptoms, because new-onset erectile dysfunction is frequently the first visible sign of cardiovascular or metabolic disease, and an asynchronous intake is not designed to catch that.

Price depends on the formula, pack quantity and selected supply. Confirm the active pack price, first debit, shipping and renewal total before completing intake; the final amount depends on your selected plan. The terms and returns policy require cancellation or modification requests at least 72 hours before processing. Refunds may be unavailable once the pharmacy processes the prescription, which is earlier than shipment. Any discretionary refund is capped at that month's payment, and damaged shipments must be reported within seven days.

Every BraveRX product is prepared by a compounding pharmacy, so the finished product has not been through FDA approval and is not therapeutically equivalent to any approved drug — even though tadalafil, sildenafil and vardenafil are approved active ingredients with large randomized-trial bases behind them. Three of the formulas combine two PDE5 inhibitors in one dose, which the approved labeling for these drugs does not recommend; ask the prescriber why the combination suits you. Apomorphine acts through central dopamine pathways and has been studied for ED, but the sublingual ED formulation is not FDA-approved in the United States, and where it has been used the effect sizes were modest and nausea was a common complaint. Icariin inhibits PDE5 in laboratory assays, but controlled human trials showing it improves erectile function are essentially absent, and L-citrulline is an amino-acid supplement with thin ED evidence.
