Best TRT telehealth providers
If a diagnosis of low testosterone has you considering treatment, the next question is where. Here’s how the major testosterone-therapy telehealth services compare — on clinical oversight, lab monitoring, delivery options, and how transparent they are about price. Partners are listed first.

Before you start: is TRT even right for you?
TRT is an effective, FDA-approved therapy for diagnosed hypogonadism — not a general anti-aging tool for men with low-normal testosterone. A legitimate provider confirms low testosterone on repeat morning blood tests and matching symptoms before prescribing, and monitors you afterward. Start with the evidence in our TRT evidence guide, and if preserving fertility matters, weigh enclomiphene vs TRT first — classic TRT suppresses sperm production.

We never show a fabricated price or rating. Facts are shown only where a provider publishes them.
How we judge providers
- Real lab testing — diagnosis confirmed by blood work, with ongoing monitoring of testosterone, hematocrit and PSA, not a questionnaire-only script.
- Clinical oversight — a licensed clinician who reviews your labs and adjusts treatment, with honest handling of the fertility trade-off.
- Delivery options — injections, gels/creams, pellets or oral, so the form fits your life (and your needle tolerance).
- Transparent pricing — a clear all-in monthly cost, rather than a low headline number that hides labs and consults.
Partners we have an affiliate relationship with are listed first and their links are labeled sponsored; every other provider links straight to their own official site. Pricing and availability change often, and some figures are confirmed from each provider’s own site at time of writing; verify current details before signing up.
Still deciding? Our TRT evidence guide covers what the trials actually show, the side-effects breakdown covers the real risks (and monitoring), the how-to-get-TRT guide walks through the diagnosis pathway, and the cost guide covers what it really runs.
Common questions
- Who is TRT actually for?
- Testosterone replacement therapy is for men with diagnosed hypogonadism — symptoms of low testosterone plus consistently low morning testosterone confirmed on repeat blood tests. It is not validated for 'low-normal' testosterone or general anti-aging in men without hypogonadism. A legitimate provider confirms the diagnosis with labs before prescribing.
- What should I look for in a TRT telehealth provider?
- Real lab testing before and during treatment (testosterone, hematocrit and PSA at minimum), a licensed clinician who actually reviews your results, transparent all-in pricing, and honesty about delivery options and fertility effects. Be wary of any service that prescribes testosterone from a questionnaire alone or skips ongoing monitoring.
- Will TRT affect my fertility?
- Yes — exogenous testosterone suppresses the body's own LH and FSH and reduces sperm production, an effect that is usually reversible but matters if you want children. Men prioritizing fertility often consider enclomiphene instead, which raises your own testosterone while preserving sperm production. See our enclomiphene-vs-TRT comparison.
- How is this list ordered?
- Partners we have an affiliate relationship with are listed first, and their links are labeled sponsored; every other provider links directly to their own official site with a UTM tag for our analytics. That ordering is commercial, but the written assessment of each provider is editorial and is never changed by whether we earn a commission.
