DadVantage Men's Health review

DadVantage publishes its peptide vial prices. It names its peptides, lists a price for every vial, publishes its lab fees, and names the clinician responsible for every protocol. Add in-home visits across the Sarasota and Bradenton area and it is a real proposition for a Florida patient. The limits are firm: Florida only, prices quoted per vial rather than per month, an unnamed pharmacy, and a menu that includes IGF-1 LR3, which has essentially no human outcome evidence.

DadVantage Men's Health is a concierge men's clinic on Florida's Gulf Coast, founded and clinically directed by Chad Henderson, APRN, FNP-BC, a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Its peptide line names sermorelin, tesamorelin, IGF-1 LR3 and HCG, with NAD⁺ (aqueous or lyophilized), glutathione and B-12 as add-on injectables, all shipped from a 503A pharmacy. The rest of the menu covers testosterone therapy, weight loss, sexual health, PRP for joints and hair, and direct primary care. Most visits are telehealth anywhere in Florida, with in-home visits by appointment around Sarasota, Bradenton and Lakewood Ranch. It is cash-pay only; the payment FAQ says the practice does not process insurance or HSA/FSA payments. Its Terms specify adult users.

Concierge and lab-driven. The published process is a consultation, then a full lab workup and intake, then a written plan within days, and the peptide page says most protocols run in three- to six-month cycles with periodic labs. That is a more clinical starting point than the quiz-and-ship model common in this category, and standalone lab fees are published: $250 for the initial full workup, $150 for follow-up panels, plus $50 for a mobile draw. TRT’s $250 initial consultation already includes the first month of testosterone, supplies, initial labs and needed follow-ups; these standalone fees are not automatically additional. The TRT page describes labs every eight to twelve weeks initially and less frequent follow-up after stability, while pricing also describes three to six months. Ask which panels and visits your selected plan includes. Final candidacy and dosing decisions are made by the founder after reviewing history, symptoms and labs, and the site names contraindications, such as recent cancer, rather than glossing over them. In-home visits are the other real differentiator: for injectable therapy, having a clinician physically present is a different level of oversight. The constraints: Florida only, cash only, a pharmacy described only as 503A, and no supervising physician named behind the nurse-practitioner-led model.

Sermorelin is $100 for 6 mg, $130 for 9 mg or $225 for 15 mg. Tesamorelin is $150 for 10 mg, IGF-1 LR3 $150 for 1 mg, and HCG $350 generic or $425 Pregnyl per 10,000 IU, described as a two- to three-month supply. NAD⁺ is $200 for 5 mL or $350 for 10 mL aqueous, or $200 for 500 mg and $350 for 1,000 mg lyophilized. Glutathione is $300 for 30 mL; B-12 is $100 for 10 mL or $200 for 30 mL. These order prices do not establish a monthly cost. Peptide-only consultation, labs, shipping and renewal terms need a quote.

The initial TRT consultation costs $250 and includes the first month of testosterone, supplies, initial labs and needed follow-ups. Ongoing TRT is $250 a month; topical options may cost extra. Prepaid three-, six- and twelve-month options cost $650, $1,300 and $2,500 upfront and include medication, supplies, labs and shipping. Do not automatically add another month-one charge or every standalone lab fee: the exact first debit, included panels, mobile-draw charges and interaction between initial and prepaid plans need confirmation. Standalone follow-up labs are listed at $150 plus a $50 mobile draw, initially every eight to twelve weeks, with less frequent follow-up after stability described elsewhere.

Weight-loss onboarding is $250 including the first month of medication, supplies and labs; ongoing follow-ups are $50 a month with medication separate. Annual executive TRT and GLP-1 bundles advertise $14,995 and $17,995 for twelve months with medication, labs, imaging and oversight. Those program fees do not establish peptide-only pricing.

Pricing advertises cancellation anytime without penalty. The Terms defer clinical services to written agreements at signup, leaving the renewal notice, current-prescription refunds, prepaid proration and shipping refunds unconfirmed. Obtain those terms before paying; penalty-free cancellation is not a promise to refund an existing order.

Compounded; not FDA-approved. Prescription required only if a licensed provider finds it appropriate. The clinic says its medications ship from a 503A pharmacy but does not name it, and compounded sterile products are not FDA-reviewed for purity and potency the way approved drugs are. The named peptides sit on different evidence. Sermorelin and tesamorelin act on the growth-hormone axis, a real, well-described mechanism; tesamorelin has approved human evidence, but for HIV-associated abdominal fat, and the compounded version sold here is not that approved product. For body-composition and recovery claims in healthy men, long-term outcome data stays thin. IGF-1 LR3 has essentially no controlled human outcome evidence for the muscle claims attached to it. HCG is an established prescription drug, used here alongside testosterone therapy to maintain testicular function. Injected NAD⁺ and glutathione have no controlled outcome trials behind wellness claims; the oral precursors NR and NMN raise blood NAD⁺, a biomarker rather than a demonstrated benefit. Testosterone therapy itself carries real monitoring requirements and suppresses fertility. Individual results vary.
