Joi + Blokes is a hormone-first telehealth platform running parallel programs — Joi for women, Blokes for men — that has expanded into compounded GLP-1s. Blokes publishes testosterone replacement at $99 a month and enclomiphene at $99; Joi publishes bioidentical hormone replacement at $59; both share a longevity line carrying NAD⁺ at $150 a month, sermorelin at $199, B12 with MIC, glutathione, rapamycin, VIP and low-dose naltrexone, plus a GHK-Cu peptide skin cream in the skincare range. Its GLP-1 programs are compounded semaglutide at $99 the first month then $199, and compounded tirzepatide at $149 then $299, both billed quarterly and inclusive of medication, dosing support, clinician consultations and health coaching.

How it works

Hormone-led rather than weight-loss-led, and structured around a real clinical spine: lab panels are available and the platform is built to run testosterone and perimenopause protocols alongside everything else, which is why adding a peptide or NAD⁺ here is a different transaction from buying one from a single-product storefront. Labs are the caveat inside that. The platform states labs are not required but available for those who want deeper insight, and prices them separately — an advanced panel at $399 and a complete hormone panel at $149 — so bloodwork is an optional add-on rather than part of the monthly price, which for testosterone specifically is a decision worth making deliberately rather than by default. On billing, the GLP-1 programs are explicitly quarterly, meaning three months paid up front rather than month-to-month; whether the hormone and longevity lines bill the same way is not stated on the pricing tiles, so ask. What is not published anywhere: a legal entity or parent company, any LegitScript, NABP or PCAB accreditation badge, or a state list — availability is checked by zip code during signup, and New York and New Jersey are flagged as carrying different pricing under state-specific restrictions.

Pricing transparency

Per molecule and per month, published on the site: testosterone replacement $99, enclomiphene $99, bioidentical hormone replacement $59, NAD⁺ $150, sermorelin $199. That is a materially better disclosure than the GLP-1-only pricing on our earlier record, and it lets you compare the hormone and longevity lines directly against competitors without decoding a vial size first. Two things qualify it. New York and New Jersey are stated to carry different pricing, so the published figures are not universal — confirm your own state's before enrolling. And the GLP-1 side is billed quarterly, which raises the obvious question of whether the hormone and longevity subscriptions are too; a $99 monthly testosterone rate billed as $297 up front is a different cash commitment, and the tiles do not say. Ask which billing cadence applies to your specific plan, what the first charge is, what the ongoing charge is, whether lab panels are required for your protocol, and what the cancellation terms are before the second billing cycle.

Branded vs compounded

Compounded; not FDA-approved. Prescription required only if a licensed provider finds it appropriate. No compounding pharmacy is named, and no LegitScript, NABP or PCAB accreditation badge is displayed — compounded sterile products are not reviewed by the FDA for purity and potency the way approved drugs are. On the evidence, this menu spans a wider range than any other in this batch and the site does not grade it. Testosterone replacement has a genuine evidence base for treating diagnosed hypogonadism, together with real monitoring requirements — haematocrit and PSA among them — and it suppresses fertility, which is why enclomiphene being offered alongside it at the same price is a meaningful option rather than a marketing tier. Sermorelin acts on the growth-hormone axis, a real mechanism with thin long-term outcome data and no controlled trial behind the body-composition claims. Injected NAD⁺ has no controlled human outcome trials; the oral precursors NR and NMN are the studied forms and raise blood NAD⁺, a biomarker rather than a benefit. Injectable glutathione and topical GHK-Cu have essentially no controlled human outcome evidence. Rapamycin and VIP sit outside the scope of this board and are prescribed off-label for longevity purposes without outcome trials in healthy people. On the GLP-1 side, everything in the headline program is compounded and therefore not FDA-approved, with brand-name options handled separately. Individual results vary.
