Precision Telemed review

Verifiable prescribers and pharmacies

The only service in this batch you can verify person by person — eleven clinicians with NPI numbers and two named 503A pharmacies.

Our verdict

Precision Telemed publishes the kind of disclosure that survives being checked. Eleven individual clinicians appear with their training and their NPI numbers, which are public federal registry entries anyone can look up in a minute; two dispensing pharmacies are named as Rush Pharmacy and Greenwich Pharmacy, both 503A; and the operating structure is stated as Precision Health Digital LLC of Tampa, Florida working with Doctors Now PC. NAD⁺ is $139.99 a month, month-to-month, no subscription, all 50 states, with a certificate of analysis per batch. This is what accountability looks like in a category that mostly offers badges instead.

What it is

Precision Telemed is a nationwide telehealth platform operated by Precision Health Digital LLC (3030 N Rocky Point Drive W, Suite 150, Tampa, Florida), with medical services provided by Doctors Now PC, a group of independent physicians and practitioners. Its five treatment lines are compounded semaglutide from $139.99/mo, compounded tirzepatide from $179.99/mo, testosterone at $199/mo, sermorelin from $149.99/mo and NAD⁺ at $139.99/mo, with hair loss and ED programs alongside. It is LegitScript certified and HIPAA compliant, and it states month-to-month pricing with no subscription and no membership fee.

How it works

Asynchronous with an optional paid video layer, and unusually accountable. Its medical team page lists eleven named clinicians — a medical director, internal medicine and emergency medicine physicians, nurse practitioners and a physician assistant — each with their training institution and their NPI number, so you can verify licensure yourself rather than trusting a badge. Its dispensing partners page names two 503A compounding pharmacies, Rush Pharmacy in Florida and Greenwich Pharmacy, and states that its pharmacy partner is NABP accredited with every batch carrying an independently analysed certificate of analysis covering identity, purity, sterility, potency and endotoxins. It publishes arbitration agreements as separate documents for all states, Florida and California. Free expedited shipping and 48-hour dispatch are stated, with month-to-month billing and no subscription. One thing to notice rather than assume: the $50 Zoom consultation is a separate optional product for people who want to speak to a provider before choosing a program, not an included visit, and the site does not state whether monitoring labs are included in any program price — which matters most on the testosterone side.

Pricing transparency

Clean, singular and month-to-month, which is exactly what this board wants. NAD⁺ is $139.99 a month. Sermorelin is from $149.99 a month. Testosterone is $199 a month. The hero states the same price at every dose with no hidden fees, no subscription and no membership, and free expedited shipping. Note that the GLP-1 prices have moved since our records were built: compounded semaglutide is now from $139.99 and tirzepatide from $179.99, where our file carried $149 and $199 — those are weight-loss figures and are not an NAD⁺ or testosterone price, but the drift is a reminder to confirm any number at checkout. The optional Zoom consultation is $50 and is a standalone product. What the site does not state anywhere is whether routine monitoring labs are bundled into the testosterone price, and testosterone therapy requires ongoing haematocrit, PSA and testosterone testing that can cost more than the medication if billed separately. Ask before enrolling.

Branded vs compounded

Compounded; not FDA-approved. Prescription required only if a licensed provider finds it appropriate. Precision Telemed states that compounded drugs are prescribed on a licensed provider's medical judgement from a telehealth encounter including medical history, that Precision Health Digital LLC is a patient-management platform rather than a medical provider, and that Doctors Now PC provides the medical services — a clear separation of roles. Every batch carries an independently analysed certificate of analysis. That is a stronger quality position than most, and it does not change the evidence tier of what is being dispensed. Injected NAD⁺ has no controlled human outcome trials; the NAD⁺ forms with human trial data are the oral precursors NR and NMN, and what they reliably produce is a raised blood NAD⁺ level rather than a demonstrated clinical benefit. Sermorelin is a GHRH analogue with a real mechanism and thin long-term human outcome data. Testosterone replacement is the one therapy on this menu with a large randomised safety base behind it, and it still requires ongoing haematocrit, PSA and testosterone monitoring for as long as you take it. Individual results vary.

Frequently asked

Can I check who is prescribing my medication?
Yes, and that is the main reason to look at Precision Telemed. Its medical team page lists eleven clinicians with their medical schools and their NPI numbers — public federal registry entries you can look up yourself. Very few platforms in this category publish anything you can independently verify.
Which pharmacies dispense it?
Two are named: Rush Pharmacy, a Florida-based 503A state-board licensed compounding pharmacy, and Greenwich Pharmacy, also 503A. The site states its pharmacy partner is NABP accredited and that every compound is tested by an independent accredited lab with a certificate of analysis per batch.
What does NAD⁺ cost, and is there a subscription?
NAD⁺ is $139.99 a month, month-to-month with no subscription and no membership fee, with free expedited shipping and availability stated in all 50 states. The $50 Zoom consultation is optional and separate.
Are monitoring labs included with testosterone?
The site does not say, and it is the question we would ask first. Testosterone therapy requires ongoing haematocrit, PSA and testosterone monitoring, and a plan that prices those separately can cost considerably more than its headline. Get the monitoring schedule and its cost in writing before enrolling.
