Precision Telemed review

Precision Telemed publishes the kind of disclosure that survives being checked. Eleven individual clinicians appear with their training and their NPI numbers, which are public federal registry entries anyone can look up in a minute, led by medical director Dr. Joseph Palumbo, DO; its NAD⁺ and sermorelin pages name Rush Pharmacy as the 503A pharmacy that compounds them; and the operating structure is stated as Precision Health Digital LLC of Tampa, Florida working with Doctors Now PC. NAD⁺ is $139.99 for the first month and $149 a month after that for a 1,000 mg vial, month-to-month with no subscription. Its testosterone program states that labs, bloodwork review and physician oversight are included in its $199.99 monthly price. This is what accountability looks like in a category that mostly offers badges instead.

Precision Telemed is a nationwide telehealth platform operated by Precision Health Digital LLC (3030 N Rocky Point Drive W, Suite 150, Tampa, Florida), with medical services provided by Doctors Now PC, a group of independent physicians and practitioners. Its programs are compounded semaglutide from $139.99/mo, compounded tirzepatide from $179.99/mo, testosterone from $199.99/mo, sermorelin from $149.99 for the first month, NAD⁺ from $139.99 for the first month, PT-141 at $249.99 and a copper peptide face cream at $149.99 for a two-month supply, plus an optional $50 consultation. It says it is LegitScript-certified and HIPAA compliant, and it states month-to-month pricing with no subscription and no membership fee.

Video-based and unusually accountable. The site says it kept the video visit on purpose: you complete a short online intake and then meet a board-certified provider over Zoom before anything is prescribed, with same-day consults advertised. Its homepage lists eleven named clinicians — a medical director, internal medicine and emergency medicine physicians, nurse practitioners and a physician assistant — each with their training institution and their NPI number, so you can verify licensure yourself rather than trusting a badge. Its NAD⁺ page states that every vial is compounded and fulfilled by Rush Pharmacy, a 503A pharmacy it describes as NABP accredited and FDA registered, and its FAQ says every compound is tested by an independent accredited lab with a certificate of analysis covering purity, potency, sterility and endotoxins. It publishes arbitration agreements as separate documents for all states, Florida and California. Shipping is free, with dispatch stated within 72 hours. Two things to notice. The standalone $50 Zoom consultation is for people who want to talk before choosing a program; it includes no medication. And its refund policy deducts a $50 consultation fee if you cancel after your consultation but before your medication ships, with no refunds once medication has been dispensed.

Compounded semaglutide starts at $139.99 and tirzepatide at $179.99, the same price at every dose — weight-loss figures, not NAD⁺ or testosterone prices. HSA/FSA is accepted. Budget against the month-two figure rather than the first-month one: the standing NAD⁺ price is $149 and the standing sermorelin price is $179.99.

Compounded; not FDA-approved. Prescription required only if a licensed provider finds it appropriate. Precision Telemed states that compounded drugs are prescribed on a licensed provider's medical judgment from a telehealth encounter including medical history, that Precision Health Digital LLC is a patient-management platform rather than a medical provider, and that Doctors Now PC provides the medical services — a clear separation of roles. Every batch carries an independently analyzed certificate of analysis. That is a stronger quality position than most, and it does not change the evidence tier of what is being dispensed. Injected NAD⁺ has no controlled human outcome trials; the NAD⁺ forms with human trial data are the oral precursors NR and NMN, and what they reliably produce is a raised blood NAD⁺ level rather than a demonstrated clinical benefit. Sermorelin is a GHRH analog with a real mechanism and thin long-term human outcome data. Testosterone replacement is the one therapy on this menu with a large randomized safety base behind it, and it still requires ongoing hematocrit, PSA and testosterone monitoring for as long as you take it — which the $199.99 program states it includes. Individual results vary.
