PreventiveMD prices GHK-Cu from $109 a month and sermorelin and NAD⁺ from $139, with glutathione from $114, each stated as all-in — though every one of those headline figures is the monthly rate on a three-month plan paid up front, and a single month costs $10 more. It names its prescribing medical group, LocumTele, LLC, says it is LegitScript-certified, and does what almost nobody does: it publishes its state availability openly, naming the ten jurisdictions it does not yet serve, and names both of its compounding pharmacies, Empower Pharmacy and Boudreaux's New Drug Store, with each one's shipping exclusions. You are not charged until a provider approves. The catch is downstream: orders become non-refundable once review or fulfillment starts.

PreventiveMD (PreventiveMD, Inc.) is a physician-guided telehealth platform selling two lines from one price list. Its GLP-1 and weight-loss line runs compounded semaglutide from $83/mo and compounded tirzepatide from $97/mo, both stated all-in, plus brand Wegovy, Zepbound and Foundayo on a membership model. Its peptide therapy line runs GHK-Cu, glutathione, NAD⁺ and sermorelin, each all-in, sold as one-month or three-month supplies. Prescribing is through a named participating medical group, LocumTele, LLC; compounding is by Empower Pharmacy or Boudreaux's New Drug Store; and its terms are governed by Massachusetts law.

Asynchronous and unusually low-risk at the front door. A US-licensed provider reviews your request, typically within 24 to 48 hours, with no live appointment and the option to message your provider; checkout places an authorization hold rather than a charge, so you are not billed before a clinician has decided. It describes its offerings as HSA/FSA eligible and will supply a letter of medical necessity. Two disclosures stand out. It publishes its state availability in its own homepage FAQ, naming Alaska, Arkansas, the District of Columbia, Kansas, Mississippi, New Jersey, New Mexico, South Dakota, West Virginia and Wisconsin as places it does not yet serve. And it names its two 503A compounding pharmacies — Empower Pharmacy, which ships everywhere except California, Iowa and Wisconsin, and Boudreaux's New Drug Store, which ships everywhere except Arkansas, Connecticut, Hawaii, Massachusetts, New Jersey and West Virginia — and lets you choose between them at checkout where both are licensed. It displays a LegitScript seal alongside HIPAA, SSL and accessibility badges. The refund policy is strict once things are in motion: you may cancel for a full refund before a provider has reviewed your request and before the pharmacy has placed or shipped the order, but once either has happened the order is non-refundable. Subscriptions renew automatically, with an email check-in five days before each renewal.

A clear peptide price list with a prepay caveat. Each product shows two plans. GHK-Cu is $119 for one month or $327 for three ($109 a month); glutathione is $124 for one month or $114 a month on three; NAD⁺ and sermorelin are each $149 for one month or $417 for three ($139 a month). All are stated as all-in. The "as low as" figures on the homepage are the three-month rates, which are paid up front, so the month-to-month figure is $10 higher in every case. Those are genuine per-molecule prices published without an intake. Two structural things to note about the rest of the price list, because they show how the same platform prices differently. Compounded semaglutide from $83 and tirzepatide from $97 are also all-in with no separate fee. But the brand medications are not: Wegovy and Foundayo are quoted as a $49 a month membership fee plus medication from $149, and Zepbound as $49 plus medication from $299 — a two-part structure that does not apply to the peptide line. Nothing on the GLP-1 side is a peptide price and none of it should be read as one.

Compounded; not FDA-approved. Prescription required only if a licensed provider finds it appropriate. PreventiveMD names Empower Pharmacy and Boudreaux's New Drug Store as its state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies, and compounded sterile products are not reviewed by the FDA for purity and potency the way approved drugs are. Its terms confirm that the price you pay covers both the pharmacy's charge for the drug and the medical group's charge for the provider's services, which is what "all-in" should mean and is worth checking against competitors who use the phrase loosely. On evidence, the four peptide products sit at very different tiers despite similar prices. Sermorelin is a GHRH analog that prompts your own pituitary — a real mechanism whose long-term human outcome data stays thin. GHK-Cu is a copper-binding tripeptide with a genuinely interesting cell and animal literature on collagen and wound repair and essentially no controlled human outcome trials behind the skin claims sold on it. Injectable glutathione has essentially none either. Injected NAD⁺ has no controlled human outcome trials; the oral precursors NR and NMN are the studied forms and raise a blood level rather than an outcome. Individual results vary.
