AVARA Rx is a cash-pay patient-management platform listing sermorelin injections, NAD⁺ injections and glutathione. Its FAQ lists all 50 states, adults 18 and older, and no insurance acceptance; confirm eligibility for the selected treatment. The TRT category lists testosterone cypionate, two creams, Hypo Spray and oral enclomiphene, but every linked detail page says coming soon without a price. Those listings do not establish a current purchase offer. AVARA says independent providers and pharmacies deliver care rather than AVARA itself.

The FAQ names DiRx Health as pharmacy partner and Beluga Health as provider network. These are platform disclosures, not independent credential checks or confirmation of your assigned team. Terms allow requesting another pharmacy before ordering. The FAQ describes monthly provider review and notifications, while product banners advertise quarterly doctor care; confirm the actual monitoring schedule and lab costs. Promotional pharmacy language also conflicts with AVARA’s explicit statement that it does not provide medical or pharmacy services.

Sermorelin starts at $299, NAD⁺ at $249 and glutathione at $199. The pages do not tie those amounts to a quantity, supply duration or billing period. The FAQ says payment is taken at purchase and monthly continuation requires the patient to process payment rather than an automatic prescription debit. It promises a medication-cost refund if the provider finds treatment inappropriate, without establishing a refund of every fee.

The returns policy distinguishes unopened nonprescription products considered for return within 30 days from prescriptions, which cannot be returned after dispensing and become final after payment and carrier handoff. It permits subscription cancellation before shipping, but the FAQ gives an earlier possible cutoff at pharmacy submission. Confirm that cutoff, the complete charge, renewal amount, shipping and lab costs before paying.

Compounded; not FDA-approved. Prescription required only if a licensed provider finds it appropriate. Sermorelin, NAD⁺, glutathione and the compounded GLP-1s are pharmacy preparations and not therapeutically equivalent to branded drugs, though AVARA also offers brand-name consultations for Wegovy, Zepbound and Foundayo, which are FDA-approved, and the two tiers should not be conflated. Knowing the compounding pharmacy by name is a substantive advantage, because compounded sterile products are not FDA-reviewed for purity and potency the way approved drugs are, and an identifiable pharmacy is one you can check. On the evidence: sermorelin's growth-hormone-axis effect is a real, well-described mechanism, but the long-term human outcome data stays thin and no controlled trial supports the anti-aging framing. Injectable NAD⁺ has no controlled human outcome trials at all; oral NR and NMN are the studied forms and they demonstrate a raised blood NAD⁺ level rather than a clinical benefit. Injectable glutathione has essentially no controlled human outcome evidence. Individual results vary.
