Its weight-loss side carries compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide alongside brand-name Zepbound, Mounjaro, Ozempic, Wegovy and Saxenda. A dedicated peptide-therapy line is advertised as coming soon behind a waitlist.

How it works

Membership-centred, and that is the fact to build your comparison around. The platform's own membership panel promises unlimited same-day provider visits and functional health coaches, and the $75 monthly fee is what pays for that rather than for any medication. Read together with the product prices, the model is a subscription to clinical access with medications bought on top — which is defensible and arguably more honest than burying the care cost inside a drug price, provided you do the addition before comparing it with a single-figure competitor. The presence of brand-name GLP-1s alongside compounded ones is a genuine breadth advantage on the weight-loss side, and the sublingual sermorelin route is unusual on a board where nearly everything is an injection. What is not published: no state list, so eligibility is confirmed only at intake; no compounding pharmacy; no LegitScript or equivalent certification; and no baseline lab protocol before a growth-hormone-axis compound, which is the check worth asking for explicitly.

Pricing transparency

Published for both molecules and structured in two parts. Sermorelin is listed at $129 with "+ $75/mo Membership" stated alongside it, and NAD⁺ at a one-month price of $129 with the same membership line, plus the note that NAD⁺ is included for members already enrolled. That last point is genuinely useful: if you are already paying the membership for another program, the NAD⁺ economics change completely, and it is worth asking whether the same applies to sermorelin. We do not carry either $129 as a monthly floor, because $129 is not what a new patient pays in a month — the membership is not optional for access, and quoting the product price alone would understate the real cost. On the weight-loss side the platform lists compounded semaglutide from $75 a month and tirzepatide from $149, with an offer panel elsewhere showing tirzepatide at $133 plus a separate program fee of about $74.99, which is the same two-part pattern. Ask for the all-in first-month and ongoing totals in writing, whether the membership is required to keep a prescription active, and what happens to the price if the dose escalates.

Branded vs compounded

Compounded; not FDA-approved. Prescription required only if a licensed provider finds it appropriate. No compounding pharmacy is named, and compounded products are not reviewed by the FDA for purity and potency the way approved drugs are. On the evidence, the route difference between the two products here is worth being precise about, because Ivim's own descriptions make it clear. Sermorelin is sold as a sublingual dissolvable, and NAD⁺ as a weekly injection. Neither route changes the underlying data. Sermorelin acts on the growth-hormone axis — a real, well-described mechanism — but the long-term human outcome data stays thin, and no controlled trial demonstrates the sleep, recovery or body-composition results it is marketed for; the sleep-and-stress framing on the site is a positioning choice, not a trial finding. Injected NAD⁺ has no controlled human outcome trials at all; the single human intravenous study was a pharmacokinetic pilot showing infused NAD⁺ clears from plasma quickly, and the NAD⁺ forms with human trial data are the oral precursors NR and NMN, which raise blood NAD⁺ — a biomarker rather than a demonstrated benefit. On the weight-loss side, brand-name products are FDA-approved and the compounded ones are not, and the two should not be assumed equivalent. Individual results vary.
