Broose Wellness review

Broad menu, confirm the charge schedule
Our verdict
Broose Wellness lists weight-management, longevity and ED programs with multi-week price tables. Billing starts at completed intake, and the displayed plan totals do not settle the selected charge or renewal schedule.
Main trade-offs
- Displayed multi-week totals do not establish payment or renewal cadence
- The first month is charged at completed intake

Our review in detail
Full assessment
Broose may suit someone comparing several prescription services through one platform. Its public menu is detailed, but the week-based totals need a written billing explanation. Confirm the exact preparation, first charge, renewal date and included services before completing intake.
What it is
Broose Wellness is a wellness and administrative platform that connects people with independent healthcare providers. Its terms say it does not practice medicine, prescribe or dispense medication. The public brand alone does not establish the exact legal operating entity or the clinical practice assigned to a particular patient.
How care works
A licensed provider determines eligibility and whether a prescription is appropriate. The subscription policy describes provider access, medication when appropriate and online support, but says the services, labs and medications covered by a single price can vary. Ask whether your quote includes required tests, follow-ups, shipping and the prescribed supply.
The privacy page links OpenLoop clinical notices. Those notices describe possible practices and clinicians; they do not establish the care team for an individual Broose order. The terms list RedRock Pharmacy, Health Warehouse, Precision Medicine and Triad Rx as possible partners. Confirm the actual dispenser separately.
The terms describe access across 50 states and Washington, DC, with product, licensure, pharmacy and clinical restrictions. Availability is not universal for every treatment. Care is cash-pay unless stated otherwise; insurance is not billed, and insurance or HSA/FSA reimbursement is not guaranteed.
Costs, billing and cancellation
The weight-management table uses 4-, 12-, 24- and 52-week durations. Semaglutide injection shows $249, $649, $1,189 and $2,319 respectively. Semaglutide oral shows $279, $779, $1,429 and $2,699. Tirzepatide injection shows $339, $939, $1,739 and $3,499. These are displayed plan totals, not verified enrollment charges. The accompanying /4WK figures are equivalents; four weeks is not a calendar month.
The microdosing page lists semaglutide and tirzepatide weekly injections at $179, $499, $959 and $1,939 for the same week durations. Its longer plans use /MO labels despite being described in weeks. Get the actual charge and processing schedule rather than treating those labels as calendar-month payments.
The cancellation policy says membership begins and the first month is charged when intake is completed. The terms defer the selected billing frequency and renewal details to enrollment. The public multi-week tables do not establish whether a longer plan is paid upfront or charged in installments.
Cancel at least 72 hours before the billing date. Late notice means the next charge still occurs and cancellation takes effect on the subsequent billing date. The medical-disqualification refund wording is inconsistent: one paragraph promises a full refund, another describes a refund for the remainder of service and limits approved refunds to the most recent billing cycle, and an FAQ says a refund may be issued. The policy does not explain how these statements fit together. Other cancellations generally receive no refund. Obtain clarification before relying on a particular refund amount.
Medication and evidence
The public menu names oral and injectable semaglutide, injectable tirzepatide and separate semaglutide and tirzepatide microdosing injections. Longevity listings include B12 plus MIC injection, NAD+ injection, nasal spray and an oral tablet described as liposomal, plus sermorelin injection. Its Men’s Health page lists erectile-dysfunction products with tadalafil, sildenafil and several combinations; that is not evidence of a testosterone-replacement program.
The terms say certain medicines may be compounded, but do not assign branded or compounded status to each listed product. Treat that status as unknown until the provider identifies the actual preparation. Program names, pharmacy partners and molecule names alone do not establish product approval, equivalence or effectiveness.

Research relevant to Broose Wellness
Explore the evidence and its limits. Findings apply to the formulation, route and population studied; they do not establish the quality or effectiveness of a provider’s products.
- What the semaglutide weight-loss trials actually showed
STEP 1, STEP 4 and SELECT, plus oral and higher-dose semaglutide trials: weight loss, withdrawal, cardiovascular benefit and the limits of comparison.
- Tirzepatide vs semaglutide for weight loss: what the trials actually support
SURMOUNT-5 found 20.2% versus 13.7% average weight loss. What that direct comparison supports, which doses it tested, and why newer formulations need separate evidence.
- Sermorelin benefits: does it work? What the trials show
A real GHRH drug, read against the anti-aging pitch: an approved growth-hormone-releasing analog with a pediatric track record, and a longevity case built more on biomarkers than outcomes.
- NAD+ injections: benefits, side effects, cost and what the evidence says
Subcutaneous NAD+ is sold as a cheaper, at-home alternative to the IV drip, through “near me” clinics or telehealth shipped to your door. It is compounded, not FDA-approved for wellness uses. Small IV studies and oral-precursor trials do not establish long-term benefits from home NAD+ injections.

Frequently asked
- Does a 4-week price mean a monthly payment?
- No. Four weeks and a calendar month differ. The public tables show week durations, while selected billing and renewal details are left to enrollment.
- When is the first payment taken?
- The cancellation policy says the first month is charged when intake is completed. Its medical-disqualification wording conflicts: one paragraph promises a full refund, another describes the remainder of service with refunds restricted to the most recent billing cycle, and an FAQ says a refund may be issued. Ask which terms apply before relying on a refund.
- Are all the listed medicines compounded?
- The checked public terms do not establish that. They say certain medicines may be compounded without identifying every named product’s preparation.
- Does Broose offer TRT?
- The checked Men’s Health page lists erectile-dysfunction medicines. It does not establish a testosterone-replacement program.
- Is Broose Wellness legit?
- Broose Wellness is a Prescription telehealth platform service. The medications it names are Sermorelin injection — preparation to confirm. What it publishes up front: Sermorelin injection displayed $209/4 weeks; multi-week offers differ. Confirm preparation, selected charge and renewal. It is cash-pay and states it does not bill insurance. Before you pay, ask in writing about which states it serves, a single monthly price you can check before an intake and how its intake works.
