Invigor Medical, branded Try Invigor, is a telehealth service that connects patients with U.S. doctors for prescription sermorelin (as an injection or an oral option, the oral version not available in California) and PT-141 injections, with NAD⁺ injections and oral NAD⁺ on the same platform. The wider menu goes well beyond peptides: TRT, enclomiphene, GLP-1 weight-loss plans, ED medication, oxytocin, glutathione and methylene blue. It names Strive, Tailor Made, Belmar, Olympia and Gogomeds as partner pharmacies. Medication ships home for self-administration, and each plan bundles the consultation and the supplies rather than charging for them separately.

Choose a plan for independent clinician review; prescribing depends on medical eligibility. Consultation and injection supplies are included. Ask whether labs are required and what they cost. Sermorelin injection checkout excludes Alabama, Arkansas, Minnesota and North Carolina. Terms and checkout identify different clinical-group rosters, so confirm the assigned clinician and pharmacy. Compounded; not FDA-approved. Prescription required only if a licensed provider finds it appropriate. Sermorelin, PT-141 and injectable NAD⁺ are all compounding-pharmacy products, none of which are therapeutically equivalent to an FDA-approved branded drug. Invigor says its partner compounding pharmacies send every lot to a third-party lab for sterility, potency, endotoxin and pH testing. On the evidence: sermorelin's effect on the growth-hormone axis is a real mechanism, but the long-term outcome data behind it stays thin, and an oral sermorelin has no controlled data showing it matches the injection. PT-141 (bremelanotide) is the closest thing here to a tested compound — an approved injectable exists for hypoactive sexual desire disorder in premenopausal women, a specific indication that does not generalize to everyone the compounded version is marketed to. Injectable NAD⁺ has no controlled human outcome trials at all; the oral precursors NR and NMN are the forms that have actually been studied, and even there the endpoints are modest.
