LevelUp Rx states that compounded medications are not reviewed or approved by the FDA for safety or efficacy while noting compliance with Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. It names partner pharmacies without assigning the selected prescription, while compounded sterile products are still not reviewed by the FDA for purity and potency. The molecules differ sharply in evidence. Sermorelin, described on its own page as injected once daily at bedtime at a custom dose, is a GHRH analog with a real mechanism and thin long-term human outcome data. Injected NAD⁺, administered intramuscularly or subcutaneously per the product page, has no controlled human outcome trials at all; the oral precursors NR and NMN are the studied forms and what they demonstrate is a raised blood NAD⁺ level. Injectable glutathione has essentially no controlled human outcome data. Testosterone cypionate is the one product here with a large randomized safety base, and it needs ongoing hematocrit, PSA and testosterone monitoring that the site does not describe. Enclomiphene raises endogenous testosterone by blocking estrogen feedback and preserves fertility, but is not FDA-approved for that use. Individual results vary.
