The platform claims a clinician network in all 50 states, with medication and lab options varying by state.

You complete a free assessment, then a clinician licensed in your state reviews suitability before prescribing. Lumora says video visits are available and most ongoing care happens by secure message. Its sermorelin page recommends baseline IGF-1 and metabolic labs; it does not say every patient must complete them before treatment. The site displays a LegitScript seal and describes licensed US pharmacy fulfillment, but does not identify the dispenser for a selected prescription. Its terms also differ on whether the operating company is Blue Skies LLC or Blue Skies MD LLC. Confirm the contracting entity, pharmacy and state-specific treatment before paying.

Routes are stated: sermorelin as a nightly subcutaneous injection, NAD⁺ as a subcutaneous injection. The molecules on the menu are not equivalent. Sermorelin is a growth-hormone-releasing hormone analog that prompts your own pituitary to release growth hormone rather than supplying it, which preserves the somatostatin feedback loop that injected HGH overrides: a real and well-described mechanism whose long-term human outcome data remains thin. Injected NAD⁺ has no controlled human outcome trials; the single human intravenous study was a pharmacokinetic pilot finding infused NAD⁺ clears from plasma quickly, and the forms with human trial data are the oral precursors NR and NMN, which reliably raise blood NAD⁺, a biomarker rather than an outcome. Lumora's own NAD⁺ page says injectable forms typically produce faster, more pronounced effects than oral precursors; no controlled trial shows that. Glutathione has essentially no controlled human outcome data behind the antioxidant and detoxification claims made for it. Individual results vary.
