How it works

Each plan is stated to include a telehealth consultation with a licensed medical provider, individualized dosing, monthly pricing and discreet pharmacy fulfilment for qualified patients — a clean, all-in structure on paper. The friction is in seeing any of it. Product pages sit behind a bot-verification gate, which is a legitimate anti-scraping measure and also means specifics for the peptide line are not readable without starting the flow. What is not published anywhere is the state coverage, the compounding pharmacy, or any accreditation on the accessible pages. For a platform prescribing across peptides, testosterone and GLP-1s simultaneously, the other thing to establish at intake is how the protocols are coordinated — several of these carry their own monitoring requirements and they do not stop applying because everything is on one invoice.

Pricing transparency

ARSYNL publishes monthly plan pricing for its GLP-1 programs — with the plans noted as including vitamin B12, the consultation, medication and free shipping — but no peptide, NAD⁺ or glutathione price is published, so we are not quoting one for this board. Its stated "transparent monthly pricing, no hidden fees" is a good sign as far as it goes. Before enrolling, ask what the sermorelin or NAD⁺ protocol costs monthly, whether that includes the consultation and shipping the way the GLP-1 plans do, what it does on refills, and what happens if you run two protocols at once. A promotional first-order discount has been advertised; that is an order-level discount, not a plan rate.

Branded vs compounded

Compounded; not FDA-approved. Prescription required only if a licensed provider finds it appropriate. Sermorelin, NAD⁺, glutathione and the GLP-1 products are compounding-pharmacy preparations, not therapeutically equivalent to branded drugs, and no compounding pharmacy is named. On the evidence, the longevity line splits cleanly. Sermorelin acts on the growth-hormone axis — a genuine mechanism with thin long-term outcome data, and no controlled trial demonstrating the recovery or body-composition benefits it is marketed for. Injectable NAD⁺ has no controlled human outcome trials; the oral precursors NR and NMN are the forms with human data, and that data establishes a raised blood NAD⁺ level rather than a clinical benefit. Injectable glutathione has essentially no controlled human outcome evidence for the wellness claims attached to it. Separately, if you take up the testosterone line as well, note that testosterone therapy carries real monitoring requirements — haematocrit, PSA and lipids among them — and suppresses fertility, which is the single most under-discussed consequence in this market.
