What it is

OurView Health is a fully online multi-vertical telehealth service running four lines: Weight Loss (compounded semaglutide from $75 and tirzepatide from $135), Everyday Wellness (lipotropic B12, sermorelin, NAD⁺, BPC-157 and TB-500), Men's Health (testosterone cypionate, testosterone in ethyl oleate or MCT oil, testosterone cream and troche, enclomiphene, nandrolone decanoate) and Women's Health (bioidentical hormones, estradiol, progesterone and DHEA in a long list of forms). It states that medication is compounded and dispensed by a licensed third-party pharmacy and that OurView is not itself a state-licensed pharmacy or manufacturer. A full legal suite is published, and the footer links to the LegitScript checker for the domain.

How it works

Asynchronous and storefront-first, running on a WooCommerce catalog where individual products can be added to a cart with a stated price — which is unusually direct for prescription telehealth, and does mean you can browse before you commit. The consultation fee is $97, stated as waived for members. The claim worth weighing is the vertical-integration one: the site says its parent company is a licensed nationwide pharmacy that compounds and ships across all 50 states, which is a genuine cost argument and a genuine accountability argument if the entity is identifiable. It is not — no medical group, no pharmacy name and no operating corporation appears anywhere, and the site is credited to a marketing agency. Two further things to know before you browse. The full peptide grid — AOD-9604, CJC-1295, GHK-Cu, GHRP-2 and 6, ipamorelin acetate, kisspeptin-10, KPV, melanotan II, MOTS-C, PEG-MGF, selank, semax and more — renders as broken product tiles reading "Please enter a Product ID" rather than as buyable items, so what is actually orderable today is the shorter Everyday Wellness list. And the LegitScript claim is a footer link to the checker rather than a displayed certificate number.

Pricing transparency

We publish no floor for OurView on any of its three boards, and the reason is the same each time: every price is half of a two-part structure whose other half is unpriced. Its comparison tables set out a with-membership and a without-membership column — sermorelin $150 versus a stated competitor cost, NAD⁺ $120 with membership against $240 without, testosterone $30 with against $60 without, and the $97 consultation fee shown as $0 for members — but the membership fee itself never appears. A $30 testosterone vial is not a $30 monthly cost if membership is $50 a month, and the site does not let you do that arithmetic. It gets stranger: the weight-loss homepage states "no membership, no hidden fees, free provider visits" and prices semaglutide from $75 and tirzepatide from $135 by weekly dose, which directly contradicts the membership tables on the wellness and men's health pages. Individual catalog items carry hard prices — testosterone in ethyl oleate or MCT oil at $30, DHEA testosterone cream at $65, anastrozole capsules at $60 — but with no billing period attached, so none of them is a monthly rate either.

Branded vs compounded

Compounded; not FDA-approved. Prescription required only if a licensed provider finds it appropriate. The site states plainly that medication is compounded and dispensed by a licensed third-party pharmacy and that OurView is not a pharmacy or manufacturer, which is the correct disclosure, though the pharmacy is not named and compounded sterile products are not reviewed by the FDA for purity and potency the way approved drugs are. On the evidence the shelf is three different tiers stacked in one aisle. Sermorelin is a GHRH analogue that stimulates your own pituitary — a real, well-characterised mechanism with thin long-term human outcome data. BPC-157 and TB-500 sit at the far end: both are widely sold and neither has controlled human outcome trials, with BPC-157's tendon and gut-healing story resting on rodent work. Injected NAD⁺ has no controlled human outcome trials either; the oral precursors NR and NMN are the studied forms and raise a biomarker. Testosterone replacement is the one item here with a large randomised safety base, and it needs ongoing haematocrit, PSA and testosterone monitoring — the site says only that a provider will determine whether bloodwork is needed, which is thinner than it should be. Individual results vary.
