OurView's pitch is structural: it says its parent company is a licensed nationwide pharmacy that compounds and ships to 46 states, so you are buying from the source rather than from a reseller marking up wholesale. It backs that with names — Boudreaux's New Drug Store of Lake Charles, Louisiana as its pharmacy and Telegra as its provider network — and it charges no membership fee. The wellness line is sermorelin, NAD⁺ and lipotropic B12, with other peptides marked "coming soon", and the men's line is testosterone cypionate, testosterone cream and enclomiphene. What undermines it is consistency. NAD⁺ carries three different monthly figures across three pages, and testosterone cream two. Confirm your price at checkout.

OurView Health is a fully online multi-vertical telehealth service running four lines: Weight Loss (compounded semaglutide at $109 a month and tirzepatide at $129, the same price at any dose), Everyday Wellness (lipotropic B12, sermorelin and NAD⁺), Men's Health (testosterone cypionate at 200 mg/mL, testosterone cream and enclomiphene capsules) and Women's Health (progesterone capsules, bi-est estrogen cream and related hormones). It states that medication is compounded and dispensed by a licensed third-party pharmacy and that OurView is not itself a state-licensed pharmacy or manufacturer. Its FAQ publishes a state list — 46 states plus DC, excluding Arkansas, Connecticut, Hawaii and New Jersey — and the site displays a LegitScript seal.

Asynchronous and storefront-first: you complete an intake, a US-licensed provider reviews it (some states require a live video or chat step), and only then is your payment finalized — checkout authorizes your card, and if the provider does not prescribe, the authorization is released. Renewals work the same way: its FAQ says you are not charged automatically each month, because a provider reviews the refill before payment is processed. That is a real protection. The vertical-integration claim is partly checkable, since the FAQ names Boudreaux's New Drug Store as its pharmacy partner, with a phone number and website, and Telegra as the physician-led provider network. Two gaps remain. No operating corporation or medical director appears, and the site footer credits a marketing agency, Kickstart Social, as the site's builder and operator. And once medication has been handed to the carrier, all sales are final; you can cancel only before your order ships.

Simple, but not fully consistent. The site states no membership fee and no shipping fee throughout. Weight loss is clean — compounded semaglutide $109 a month or $297 for three months, tirzepatide $129 or $357, at any prescribed dose. The wellness and men's lines are where the numbers drift. Sermorelin is $150 month-to-month or $140 a month on a three-month plan paid up front, and its product page shows $150 for a one-month 4 mL vial, which agrees. NAD⁺ does not: the all-treatments page lists $130 month-to-month and $110 a month on a three-month plan, the Everyday Wellness shelf shows $110, and the NAD⁺ product page shows $120 for a one-month 5 mL vial. Testosterone cypionate is $129 a month (the product page lists $129 for a 2.5 mL vial and $149 for 5 mL), enclomiphene is $55, and testosterone cream is $70 on the men's page but $50 on the all-treatments page. The lower sermorelin and NAD⁺ figures are three-month prepay rates. Ask for your first charge and your recurring charge in writing.

Compounded; not FDA-approved. Prescription required only if a licensed provider finds it appropriate. The site states plainly that medication is compounded and dispensed by a licensed third-party pharmacy and that OurView is not a pharmacy or manufacturer, which is the correct disclosure, and it names Boudreaux's New Drug Store as its pharmacy partner; compounded sterile products are not reviewed by the FDA for purity and potency the way approved drugs are. On the evidence the shelf spans tiers. Sermorelin is a GHRH analog that stimulates your own pituitary — a real, well-characterized mechanism with thin long-term human outcome data. Injected NAD⁺ has no controlled human outcome trials; the oral precursors NR and NMN are the studied forms and raise a biomarker. Enclomiphene is taken to raise the body's own testosterone production rather than replace it. Testosterone replacement is the one item here with a large randomized safety base, and it needs ongoing hematocrit, PSA and testosterone monitoring — the men's page says treatment is monitored with regular bloodwork, while its FAQ says only that a provider will determine whether labs are needed, so ask which applies to you. Individual results vary.
