What it is

Tonik Wellness (Tonik Wellness, LLC, Hamilton, New Jersey, founded 2024, CEO Shane de Lumeau) is a men's health and longevity telehealth platform organised into five categories: Testosterone Replacement, Bioidentical Hormone Replacement, Weight Loss, Sexual Health and Longevity. Its named molecules include pharmaceutical-grade testosterone cypionate, enclomiphene, oxandrolone, nandrolone, liothyronine, sermorelin, NAD⁺, GHK-Cu, methylene blue, estradiol, low-dose naltrexone and compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. It is LegitScript verified and names Strive Pharmacy and Olympia Pharmacy as its 503A compounding partners.

How it works

Video-gated and lab-first, which is the strongest thing about it. The stated sequence is: complete an intake form and order lab work, take a call with a Tonik provider to review your symptoms against your lab results, then licensed pharmacies package and ship medication to your door. A live clinician call reviewing actual bloodwork is a materially higher bar than the asynchronous questionnaires that dominate this board, and it is the right bar for both testosterone and a growth-hormone secretagogue. The identity disclosures back it up: a named medical director and clinical director, two named 503A pharmacies with their locations, a named CEO and a stated founding year. Against all that sits an under-built site. Several core pages — FAQ, how-it-works, shipping and contact — return 404 errors. No phone number is published. No state availability list exists, so eligibility is a question for intake. Its terms name Colorado as governing law while the entity sits in New Jersey. And the products on its longevity shelf, which is the shelf this board is about, are currently unbuyable. A short track record since 2024 sits behind all of it.

Pricing transparency

Two different stories on one site. Testosterone is clean: $129 a month month-to-month, with the plan card stating testosterone, injection supplies, provider oversight, concierge support and the patient portal as included, and $92 a month on a quarterly plan ($276 every three months) or $85 a month annually ($1,020 billed yearly). A month-to-month rate that already contains the medication is exactly what this board asks for, and it is the figure we publish on the testosterone board. Two separate annual memberships run alongside it — Core Health at $1,069 a year and Elite Optimization at $1,350 a year, both explicitly "plus cost of medication" with wholesale-priced medication and percentage discounts — so read carefully which structure you are buying, because those are two-part prices and the monthly plans are not. On the longevity side we publish nothing. Sermorelin shows "as low as $140.00 / month" and NAD⁺ shows "as low as $104.00 / month", both under an "as low as" label with no visible tier table, and both pages currently state "This product is out of stock." A price you cannot pay is not a floor. Its record also notes semaglutide was out of stock at an earlier check, so stock gaps here are not a one-off.

Branded vs compounded

Compounded; not FDA-approved. Prescription required only if a licensed provider finds it appropriate. Tonik names two 503A compounding pharmacies — Strive Pharmacy, licensed across Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Texas and Utah, and Olympia Pharmacy of Orlando — which is a traceable chain and better than the anonymous "licensed US pharmacy" formula most competitors use. Its record does note that the FDA compounded-medication disclaimer was not found on its public pages, which is a gap worth flagging, and compounded sterile products are not reviewed by the FDA for purity and potency the way approved drugs are. On evidence, the catalog spans the full range. Testosterone replacement has a large randomised safety base and needs ongoing haematocrit, PSA and testosterone monitoring — the lab-first workflow here supports that better than most. Enclomiphene has real data on raising testosterone levels and much thinner data on symptoms and long-term safety. Sermorelin acts on a real growth-hormone axis with thin long-term human outcome data. Injected NAD⁺ has no controlled human outcome trials; oral NR and NMN raise a biomarker. GHK-Cu and methylene blue have essentially no controlled human outcome data behind the claims made for them, and methylene blue interacts seriously with serotonergic medications. Individual results vary.
