What it is

PepHaūs (Pephaus LLC) is a telehealth pharmacy selling compounded treatments across four stated categories — weight loss, longevity, recovery and anti-aging. Its named products are compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide on the weight-loss side, and sermorelin, NAD⁺ and glutathione on the wellness side, each with its own product page, pricing table and intake. It states that prescriptions are written by US-licensed providers and that medication is compounded and shipped by 503A compounding pharmacies licensed to ship to all 50 states. It is LegitScript-certified under certificate #50233613.

How it works

Asynchronous and unusually low-risk at the front door. You complete an intake, a licensed provider reviews it — typically within about 24 hours — and you are charged only if a prescription is issued, with $0 due at checkout stated on every product page. The medication, the medical visit and shipping are stated as bundled into one cost, refills ship discreetly and temperature-controlled, and cancellation is handled from the dashboard without a phone call. All of that is good practice and worth crediting. Two gaps sit behind it. The compounding pharmacies are never named — the site says only that both are licensed to ship to all 50 states — and no individual clinician or medical director is published, so the clinical layer is anonymous even though the certification is verifiable. And the pricing presentation, discussed below, is not something we can treat as reliable; on a site where the same product carries three figures, treat every stated number as provisional until a provider confirms your actual plan.

Pricing transparency

This is where PepHaūs falls down, and it matters more than any single figure. Its sermorelin product page publishes a clean three-tier table — $179 a month month-to-month, $161 on a quarterly plan, $152 on a six-month plan, with the hero "from $152" being the six-month prepay rate. Its glutathione page publishes exactly the same three numbers. Its NAD⁺ page publishes $229, $206 and $195 on the same structure. But the cross-sell tiles that appear at the bottom of each product page quote entirely different figures for those same products: sermorelin from $129, NAD⁺ from $149, glutathione from $119, tirzepatide from $245. Two of those sets have to be wrong, and nothing on the site indicates which. We therefore publish no floor for PepHaūs on either board and quote the product-page tables with the contradiction attached. Ask, in writing, what your first charge and your recurring charge will be, and whether the quoted figure is the month-to-month rate or a prepay rate. The record we hold lists compounded semaglutide from $179 a month with a 15% quarterly discount — the same $179/$152 pair now shown on sermorelin and glutathione, which is itself a reason to suspect a template rather than a price.

Branded vs compounded

Compounded; not FDA-approved. Prescription required only if a licensed provider finds it appropriate. PepHaūs states its medication is 503A-compounded and dispensed by licensed pharmacies, but names neither, and compounded sterile products are not reviewed by the FDA for purity and potency the way approved drugs are. On the evidence, the three wellness molecules are not equivalent purchases even though two of them carry the same price table. Sermorelin is a GHRH analogue that prompts your own pituitary to release growth hormone rather than supplying it — a real, well-described mechanism whose long-term human outcome data remains thin beyond short-term IGF-1 movement. Injected NAD⁺ has no controlled human outcome trials at all; the single human intravenous study was a pharmacokinetic pilot finding infused NAD⁺ clears plasma quickly, and the NAD⁺ forms with human trial data are the oral precursors NR and NMN, which raise a blood level rather than demonstrate an outcome. Injectable glutathione has essentially no controlled human outcome data behind the skin, recovery and detoxification claims made for it. Individual results vary.
