PepHaūs gets the structure right. Nothing is charged until a licensed provider prescribes; the provider visit, the medication, syringes, swabs, a certificate of analysis and expedited shipping are bundled into one monthly figure; it displays a LegitScript seal (#50233613) that links to the public checker; and it ships to all 50 states. It also names who makes the medication — Hallandale Pharmacy for sermorelin, NAD⁺ and glutathione, VialsRX for its GLP-1s — and the provider network, Bask Health. Pricing reads as one ladder per product: sermorelin is $159 a month month-to-month, $151 quarterly and $143 on a six-month plan. The thing to watch is that every headline "from" figure is the six-month rate, billed as one payment up front.

PepHaūs (Pephaus LLC) is a telehealth pharmacy brand selling five compounded injectables across weight loss, longevity, recovery and skin — compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide on the weight-loss side, and sermorelin, NAD⁺ and glutathione on the wellness side, each with its own product page, price table and intake. It states that prescriptions are written by US-licensed clinicians credentialed in your state through the Bask Health provider network, and that medication is compounded by licensed 503A pharmacies: Hallandale Pharmacy for NAD⁺, sermorelin and glutathione, and VialsRX for tirzepatide and semaglutide.

Asynchronous and unusually low-risk at the front door. You complete an intake, a licensed provider reviews it — usually within about 24 hours — and you are charged only if a prescription is issued, with $0 due at intake stated on every product page. The visit, medication, supplies, certificate of analysis and shipping are stated as bundled into one cost, refills ship cold, and you can pause or cancel from your portal. Its refund policy is clear: cancel before a medication ships for a full refund; once it ships it cannot be returned; and canceling a subscription stops future billing without refunding the current cycle. All of that is good practice and worth crediting. The remaining gap is the clinical layer's anonymity — no individual clinician or medical director is published, even though the provider network, both pharmacies and the certification are named.

Each product carries one consistent three-rung ladder, and the cross-sell tiles quote the same six-month figures as the product pages. Sermorelin is $159 a month month-to-month, $151 a month on a quarterly plan (billed every three months) and $143 a month on a six-month plan (billed $858.60 up front). Glutathione carries exactly the same three figures. NAD⁺ is $199, $189 and $179 on the same structure, with the six-month plan billed at $1,074.60. On the weight-loss side, semaglutide runs $169, $160 and $152, and tirzepatide is advertised from $215 at its six-month rate. Two things to keep in view. Every "from" headline on the site is the six-month rate, which requires paying half a year at once, so budget against the month-to-month figure unless you intend to prepay. And sermorelin and glutathione sharing an identical ladder means the price reflects the plan structure rather than anything specific to either molecule. Ask what dose and vial size a month contains, since neither is stated beside the price.

Compounded; not FDA-approved. Prescription required only if a licensed provider finds it appropriate. PepHaūs names Hallandale Pharmacy as the 503A pharmacy for its wellness injectables and says every vial ships with a certificate of analysis; compounded sterile products are still not reviewed by the FDA for purity and potency the way approved drugs are. On the evidence, the three wellness molecules are not equivalent purchases even though two of them carry the same price table. Sermorelin is a GHRH analog that prompts your own pituitary to release growth hormone rather than supplying it — a real, well-described mechanism whose long-term human outcome data remains thin beyond short-term IGF-1 movement. Injected NAD⁺ has no controlled human outcome trials at all; the single human intravenous study was a pharmacokinetic pilot finding infused NAD⁺ clears plasma quickly, and the NAD⁺ forms with human trial data are the oral precursors NR and NMN, which raise a blood level rather than demonstrate an outcome. Injectable glutathione has essentially no controlled human outcome data behind the skin, recovery and detoxification claims made for it. Individual results vary.
