What it is

Vytora Health is a telehealth platform available in all 50 states plus Washington, D.C., offering compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, brand-name Mounjaro and Zepbound, and two longevity products — NAD⁺ injections and sermorelin. It names Vials Pharmacy (Texas) and Greenwich Biosciences as pharmacy partners and discloses Wasef Health, PC of Pinellas Park, Florida as the operating physician group. It is LegitScript approved and states HIPAA compliance. A waitlist banner advertises further peptide therapies not yet on sale.

How it works

Telehealth intake with a physician consultation, delivered through a disclosed clinical entity — and the disclosure is the reason to consider it. Naming Wasef Health, PC as the operating group and naming both dispensing pharmacies gives you three separate entities you can look up, which is a materially stronger position than a certification badge alone. It states that the consultation modality varies by state to meet local compliance, with video required in most and audio acceptable in a small number, which is an unusually precise thing to publish. Its inclusion language is equally direct: all pricing is all-inclusive, covering medication, physician consultation, supplies, free shipping and unlimited provider support, with clinician-led dose escalation and the same price at every dose. Two caveats sit against that. Per-prescriber state licensure detail is limited, so while the platform claims nationwide coverage you cannot see which clinician covers your state. And the peptide catalog is thinner than the marketing implies — a waitlist banner promises expansion into performance and recovery peptides, so today the longevity line is two products, not a shelf.

Pricing transparency

Consistent on NAD⁺ and self-contradicting on sermorelin, on the same site, which is why the two boards get different treatment. NAD⁺ injections are $249 a month on a month-to-month plan or $200 a month on a three-month plan billed $600, stated on both the pricing overview and the product page, and stated as all-inclusive with the same price at every dose. That is a clean floor and we publish it. Sermorelin is the problem: its product page hero reads "$199 / month — billed monthly, includes everything" while the FAQ block further down that same page reads "$249/month on a month-to-month plan, or $186/month on a 3-month plan billed $559 every 3 months". Both cannot be true, nothing on the page indicates which governs, and a $50 monthly gap is not a rounding difference. We therefore publish no sermorelin floor and quote the contradiction with it attached. Its GLP-1 line — compounded semaglutide $179 a month, tirzepatide $249, brand Mounjaro and Zepbound near $1,399 — is not a peptide price and should not be read as one. Get your first and recurring charges confirmed in writing before intake.

Branded vs compounded

Both compounded and brand-name on the GLP-1 side; compounded on the longevity side. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality, and compounded sterile products are not reviewed for purity and potency the way approved drugs are. Prescription required only if a licensed provider finds it appropriate. What Vytora does better than most is name the two pharmacies compounding and dispensing, which means the chain behind your vial is traceable rather than described in the abstract. On the evidence, its two longevity products both sit well short of their marketing. Sermorelin is a GHRH analogue that stimulates your own pituitary rather than supplying growth hormone — a real, well-characterised mechanism whose long-term human outcome data stays thin beyond short-term IGF-1 movement. Injected NAD⁺ has no controlled human outcome trials at all; the single human intravenous study was a pharmacokinetic pilot showing infused NAD⁺ clears plasma quickly, and the NAD⁺ forms with human trial data are the oral precursors NR and NMN, which raise a blood NAD⁺ level rather than demonstrate a clinical benefit. At $249 a month, NAD⁺ here sits at the higher end of our coverage for a therapy with no outcome trials. Individual results vary.
