Bovine colostrum's signal is narrower still: reducing exercise- and stress-induced intestinal permeability in people actively provoking their gut (hard training, NSAIDs, heat) — no trial has shown a benefit in healthy, symptom-free adults with normal baseline permeability. Neither supports the general 'leaky gut' marketing both are sold under.
