Our verdict
Fisetin is the more human-tested of the two, and that testing has been sobering: the first senolytic-hypothesis trial to report a clinical outcome, ROPE in knee osteoarthritis, found no benefit, though other trials remain unpublished. FOXO4-DRI's evidence is a single, striking 2017 mouse study that has not been followed by any human trial in eight years, and no legitimate product exists to buy. Fisetin at least has decades of food-safety history behind it; FOXO4-DRI does not.
