July 2026 observation, not reverified in October: ClickSlim trades as Click Slim from an address at 1309 Coffeen Ave, Suite 12846, Sheridan, Wyoming, selling compounded tirzepatide, NAD⁺, a GLP-1-plus-NAD⁺ bundle and a microdose option through a telehealth flow. It states plainly that it is not a state-licensed pharmacy nor a drug manufacturer and that medication is compounded and dispensed by a licensed third-party pharmacy. It publishes a text support line with stated hours, and carries a LegitScript seal that resolves correctly for its domain.

The disclosure that it is neither a pharmacy nor a manufacturer is honest and more than several competitors bother with. Beyond that, the paperwork raises questions rather than settling them. The Terms refer only to "Click Slim and/or our owners and/or affiliates" and name no LLC or corporation, so there is no legal entity to look up. The Sheridan, Wyoming suite address is of a type widely used for mail forwarding and registered agents rather than operations. The Terms then set arbitration in San Diego under California law, which does not match the Wyoming address — not unlawful, but an inconsistency worth noticing in a document you are agreeing to. State availability is given as "our services are available in most States" with no list, so you cannot confirm your own state before starting. Subscription and cancellation terms are not stated on the pricing pages at all.

NAD⁺ is listed at $249 a month introductory and $299 a month thereafter. The GLP-1 tier runs $299 introductory then $349, with a higher tier at $349 then $399, and the GLP-1-plus-NAD⁺ bundle at $498 then $548, with NAD⁺ discounted to $199 inside that bundle. Two things follow. First, budget against the ongoing NAD⁺ price of $299, not the $249 introductory one. Second, this is expensive for the category: $299 a month ongoing for a compounded product with no outcome trials behind it is a significant standing cost. Cancellation terms are not published on the pricing pages, so establish in writing how you stop the charge before you start it.

Tirzepatide is a GLP-1/GIP receptor agonist with its own prescribing considerations, contraindications and side-effect profile; it is not something a buyer should encounter by surprise in a longevity purchase. Before ordering, get written confirmation of exactly which active ingredients are in the vial you are being sold. On the evidence itself: injected NAD⁺ has no controlled human outcome trials, and the single human intravenous study was a pharmacokinetic pilot finding that infused NAD⁺ clears from plasma quickly. The NAD⁺ forms with human data are the oral precursors NR and NMN, which reliably raise blood NAD⁺ — a raised biomarker, not a demonstrated outcome. Individual results vary.
