ElleS is unusually open. It publishes a starting price on every product, names four dispensing pharmacies and its medical group, and shows a LegitScript seal. What it does not do is say which plan length a headline price belongs to: sermorelin is "starting as low as $249 a month" on a product offered in one-, three-, six- and twelve-month plans, with the longest plan flagged as the maximum saving. Treat $249 as the lowest possible price, not the monthly rate, until the intake shows you otherwise.

ElleS, operated by ElleS Care LLC with payments handled through its affiliate CareValidate Inc., is a compounded telehealth service built mainly around women’s care, with weight loss, hair loss, longevity and sexual health categories. Its longevity line carries sermorelin injection and ODT, NAD⁺ injection, nasal spray and flex-dose tablets, glutathione and PT-141. The site also promotes generic TRT and HRT category pages, but an orderable testosterone or estradiol product and price are not established. Medical care is provided through Lion MD, which it names as led by Ana Lisa Carr, MD, and Kelly Tenbrink, MD. Four pharmacy partners are listed: Belmar Pharmacy, Strive Pharmacy, Epiq Scripts and Casa Pharma Rx; the assigned dispenser for each product is not identified.

Asynchronous by default. You complete an assessment, a licensed clinician reviews it, and a brief telehealth visit is scheduled if more information is needed. Free tracked delivery and ongoing support with dose adjustments are advertised. For a growth-hormone-axis peptide, no lab work is described as part of the default path, so an IGF-1 baseline is something to arrange yourself. ElleS names its pharmacies and medical group and displays a LegitScript seal; these disclosures do not independently verify credentials or product assignments. It claims fifty-state service subject to provider licensure and regulation, without a product/state list, and terms require age 18. Marketing says no subscription or long commitment while most longevity products offer one- to twelve-month plans. Local terms omit refund, cancellation and renewal rules and incorporate CareGLP payment terms that are unavailable to read. Get those terms and the complete billing schedule before paying. Privacy and consent disclosures describe health-data, payment and operational sharing; payments are handled through CareValidate.

That does not establish a standing month-to-month rate, first charge, prepaid total, supply or renewal amount. Glutathione starts at $109 a month and PT-141 injection at $199, each showing a one-month plan. The generic $179 block includes GLP-1 weight-loss medication and does not establish a peptide or NAD⁺ price. Ask for the total and timing of each charge, prescribed quantity and what happens to unused medication or prepaid balances. Local terms leave refund and cancellation details out, while the incorporated CareGLP payment document is unavailable; that does not mean no such rules exist.

Compounded; not FDA-approved. Prescription required only if a licensed provider finds it appropriate. ElleS states it does not manufacture compounded medications and lists four pharmacies it works with — Belmar, Strive, Epiq Scripts and Casa Pharma Rx — though it does not say which one fills which product, and compounded sterile products are not reviewed by FDA for purity and potency the way approved drugs are. On the evidence, the longevity line spans very different tiers and the site does not distinguish them. Sermorelin acts on the growth-hormone axis, a real and well-described mechanism, but the long-term human outcome data stays thin and no controlled trial demonstrates the body-composition or recovery results the category is sold on; a dissolving-tablet version adds an absorption question on top. NAD⁺ by nasal spray or injection has no controlled human outcome trials at all — the forms with human data are the oral precursors NR and NMN, and what they show is a raised blood NAD⁺ level rather than a demonstrated clinical outcome. Glutathione has essentially no controlled human outcome evidence either. PT-141 is the exception with registrational trials, for hypoactive sexual desire disorder in premenopausal women. On the GLP-1 side, oral compounded capsules and ODTs have no FDA-approved compounded counterpart, and their absorption differs from the injectables studied in the brand trials.
