EdgeRx sells 18 compounded protocols for men across five areas: sleep and recovery (sermorelin), energy (NAD⁺ and glutathione), weight loss (semaglutide, tirzepatide and a lipotropic shot), hair (GHK-Cu) and sexual and hormonal health (PT-141, oxytocin, enclomiphene, gonadorelin). The structure is clean. Every protocol has one flat monthly price that includes the physician, there are no prepay tiers dressed up as monthly rates, it names its pharmacy, it displays a LegitScript seal, and it serves 47 states. Weight loss runs $199 a month for semaglutide and $225 for tirzepatide. The weaknesses are the evidence and the refunds. Several protocols rest on mechanism rather than human outcome trials, PT-141 is sold to men off-label, and the only refund is if a physician doesn't approve you.

EdgeRx Health, LLC runs a cash-pay telehealth platform built for men, selling compounded peptides and longevity compounds by subscription. Prescriptions are written by independent, board-certified physicians in its network, licensed in your state; EdgeRx says they're reachable around the clock. Its chief medical advisor, Dr. John Starke, is an emergency medicine physician board-certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine, who completed residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in 2013 and is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. He sets which compounds are offered and how they're dosed, but he doesn't prescribe for EdgeRx patients. Compounding is done by Strive Pharmacy, a U.S.-licensed 503A pharmacy compounding since 2018, which EdgeRx describes as its single pharmacy network; the MICC lipotropic shot comes from an FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facility.

You complete a five-minute medical questionnaire on your symptoms, history and goals; there's no video visit or in-person exam. A board-certified physician reviews it, usually within 24 hours, and if the protocol is appropriate, writes the prescription; if not, the charge is refunded in full and nothing ships. The protocol is then compounded and shipped free and discreetly to a U.S. home address, and ongoing physician oversight is included in the subscription. EdgeRx says compounds are third-party tested for sterility, potency and endotoxins. Most protocols are needle-free (nasal sprays, under-the-tongue troches, tablets or a scalp topical); the GLP-1s and MICC are injections that arrive ready to use. EdgeRx is available in 47 states; Arkansas, Indiana and South Carolina aren't supported.

Energy: glutathione nasal spray $99, glutathione troche $109, NAD⁺ nasal spray $119 and NAD⁺ troche $175. Weight loss: the MICC lipotropic injection $39 a month (billed as $79 every two months), semaglutide with glycine and B12 $199, and tirzepatide with glycine and B12 $225. Hair: GHK-Cu topical $175 a month at a "founder's price," against a standard $199. Sexual and hormonal health: enclomiphene $60, gonadorelin $89, oxytocin and the Olympus combinations $79 to $125, and PT-141 $99 to $189. EdgeRx accepts HSA and FSA through Truemed and says plainly that reimbursement isn't guaranteed. The refund terms are narrow: a full refund if a physician doesn't approve you, but once a protocol is approved it's compounded for you and can't be returned or refunded, and canceling stops future charges without refunding anything already prepared or shipped.

Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, each with glycine and B12; MICC (methionine, inositol, choline and B12), which is not a GLP-1; sermorelin; NAD⁺ and glutathione; topical GHK-Cu; PT-141 (bremelanotide), oxytocin, and "Olympus" combinations of PT-141 and oxytocin with or without tadalafil; and enclomiphene and gonadorelin, which aim to raise your own testosterone rather than replace it. EdgeRx states that none of these is an FDA-approved finished product. On the evidence, the GLP-1s are the strongest part of the catalog, though the trial results come from the branded drugs, and the claim that glycine preserves muscle rests on what EdgeRx itself calls research that "suggests it may help." PT-141 is FDA-approved only as Vyleesi, for low sexual desire in premenopausal women, so prescribing it to men is off-label. NAD⁺, glutathione, oxytocin and GHK-Cu for hair have no controlled human outcome trials for these uses. Its "coming soon" list includes retatrutide, which EdgeRx's own page calls investigational, beside copy saying its pipeline compounds "are not experimental."
