Evergreen Telehealth review
Peptide-led weight-loss plan
A Colorado telehealth company whose Evergreen Lean program pairs compounded tirzepatide or semaglutide with optional peptide and low-dose naltrexone add-ons, starting at $159 a month with a two-month minimum.
Our verdict
Evergreen is built for people who want more than a single GLP-1 prescription. Its Evergreen Lean program starts with compounded tirzepatide or semaglutide and lets a provider add options such as sermorelin, oxytocin nasal spray, low-dose naltrexone or B12 injections, with a compounding pharmacist leading its education program. The price is clear at the low end, from $159 a month including the consultation, prescription, ongoing care and shipping, and it names its medical group and its pharmacies' accreditations. The tradeoffs are commitment and refunds: month-to-month plans have a two-month minimum, medication ships in two-month supplies, longer plans are paid up front, and paid terms aren't refundable. The exact price for your medication and dose appears only at the end of the intake, and the pharmacy itself isn't named.

Evergreen Telehealth is a trade name of ConsultRX LLC, based in Englewood, Colorado, and was founded in 2026. ConsultRX provides administrative and technology services, and medical care comes from its clinical partner, NVP Medical Group, P.A., whose licensed providers make every prescribing decision. Dr. Casey Greene, PharmD, a residency-trained clinical pharmacist and functional medicine practitioner with more than two decades in compounding, leads its peptide education program, and Dr. Jeffrey Donohue, MD, a family physician with a long career in integrative medicine, sits on its advisory council. The company says it is licensed in all 50 states and D.C., with more than 150 board-certified providers, though not every medication is available in every state. Weight loss is the program open today; other treatments are on a waitlist. The site displays a LegitScript seal.
How it works
Everything runs through Evie, an AI guide that walks you through the intake, asks about your health, goals and measurements, and suggests weight-loss options that may fit. You then complete a full online medical assessment, and a licensed NVP Medical Group provider reviews it and builds a protocol if treatment is appropriate. Medication is compounded and shipped in discreet packaging every two months. Treatment starts with a gradual dose increase over several weeks, and monthly check-ins let your provider adjust the dose and any add-ons as you go. Evie also stays with you between visits in the Evergreen app, checking in and bringing your care team in when needed. Medications come in injectable, oral and nasal-spray forms depending on the compound. Evergreen advertises round-the-clock support, and you reach the company by email or through Evie.
Pricing transparency
Evergreen Lean starts at $159 a month, and the company describes the fee as all-inclusive: provider consultation, a personalized protocol, the prescription, medication management, shipping and ongoing monitoring. The fine print matters. Pricing varies by medication and plan commitment, month-to-month plans carry a two-month minimum, and six- and twelve-month plans are paid up front; the full price for your plan appears at the end of the intake. Medication ships every two months. Plans renew automatically. You can cancel through your account or by asking Evie, but you must cancel at least seven days before your renewal date, because the next refill is prescribed and dispensed about a week ahead. Canceling stops the next renewal but doesn't shorten the term you've paid for, and fees for the current term aren't refundable. Its refund policy allows refunds only for unshipped medication if a provider decides you medically can't continue, or if Evergreen can't fill or ship your order. No insurance is accepted.
Branded vs compounded
The core medication is compounded tirzepatide or semaglutide. A provider may also prescribe oxytocin as a nasal spray, sermorelin as a daily injection, low-dose naltrexone as a daily pill, MIC-B12 injections or methylcobalamin B12, depending on your intake. Everything is compounded by U.S. pharmacies that Evergreen says are accredited by PCAB and NABP and certified by LegitScript, with ingredients from FDA-registered facilities, though the pharmacy itself isn't named. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. A search of the FDA warning-letter database under the company's name, its web address and ConsultRX returned no letters.

The evidence behind what Evergreen Telehealth prescribes
We grade the molecules, not the marketing. Here is what the human data actually shows for each thing on their menu.
- What the semaglutide weight-loss trials actually showed
STEP 1, STEP 4, and SELECT — the efficacy, the rebound, and the cardiovascular signal, read straight from the primary literature.
- Tirzepatide vs semaglutide for weight loss: what the trials actually support
Most comparisons are cross-trial. Only SURPASS-2 and SURMOUNT-5 randomized one drug against the other — here's the precise distinction.
- Sermorelin benefits: does it work? What the trials show
A real GHRH drug, read against the anti-aging pitch: an approved growth-hormone-releasing analog with a pediatric track record, and a longevity case built more on biomarkers than outcomes.
