What it is

Feel30 is operated by F3 Health Inc, an Austin, Texas company founded in 2025 by Thomas Phillips and publicly launched in December of that year. It is a concierge telehealth brand built around testosterone replacement rather than weight loss, offering weekly injectable testosterone cypionate 200mg/mL, oral enclomiphene, sermorelin as a 10mg at-home injection, and ED medications. Care runs on the Tellescope platform with a patient portal. Its clinical staff page names Anneliese Cadena, a board-certified AGNP-C, as a clinical consultant. Testosterone therapy is listed in roughly 35 jurisdictions with enclomiphene available nationwide.

How it works

Lab-led, which is the substance of what you are buying. Onboarding runs through a $99 laboratory panel and medical evaluation covering total testosterone, free testosterone, SHBG and ten additional hormone markers, and the practice then uses quarterly at-home nurse phlebotomy rather than sending you to a draw centre. Testosterone therapy is a treatment where the monitoring is the medicine — haematocrit, PSA and lipids all need watching, and a provider that makes the blood draw easier is a provider whose patients actually get monitored. Cancellation is stated as available anytime with at least 72 hours' notice before your billing date, with a full refund if you are medically disqualified or before medication is ordered, and none once a prescription is filled. The gaps are all identity gaps. No compounding or dispensing pharmacy is named, no lab or phlebotomy partner is named, and no MD or DO medical director is identified — the only named clinician is a nurse practitioner listed as a consultant. That last one carries weight because testosterone cypionate is a DEA Schedule III controlled substance, and the site's public pages do not address controlled-substance telemedicine prescribing rules. Two published state lists also disagree with one another, so confirm your own.

Pricing transparency

Published across the line, and now including sermorelin, which is a change worth recording: the price used to render as an unfilled placeholder and now shows the full ladder. Sermorelin 10mg at-home injection is $229 a month month-to-month, $189 a month on a six-month plan billed at $1,134, and $149 a month on a twelve-month plan billed at $1,788 up front. We treat $229 as the standing rate because it is the price without a prepayment commitment — the lower figures require handing over a year or half a year in advance. On the hormone side, testosterone cypionate is $149 a month on subscription against a $399.99 regular price, with enclomiphene at the same $149. Add the $99 initial lab panel and medical evaluation, which is disclosed up front rather than at checkout and which we would rather see charged than skipped. What is not itemised anywhere is the cost of ongoing quarterly phlebotomy and repeat panels beyond the first — ask whether those are included in the monthly figure or billed separately, because on a therapy requiring lifelong monitoring that is the number that compounds.

Branded vs compounded

Compounded where compounded; not FDA-approved. Prescription required only if a licensed provider finds it appropriate. Feel30 names no pharmacy, describing only licensed US pharmacies, and compounded sterile products are not reviewed by FDA for purity and potency the way approved drugs are. The three products it sells sit on very different evidence. Testosterone cypionate is a long-established, FDA-approved drug with decades of human safety data behind it in men with diagnosed hypogonadism — the strongest evidence base anywhere in this batch — and with correspondingly real obligations: haematocrit, PSA and lipid monitoring, and suppression of sperm production that can persist after stopping. It is also DEA Schedule III, which brings prescribing rules the site does not discuss publicly. Enclomiphene is a different drug entirely and should not be read as a milder testosterone: it is a selective oestrogen receptor modulator that raises endogenous testosterone by lifting LH and FSH, and unlike exogenous testosterone it generally preserves fertility. Sermorelin is the weakest of the three on evidence — a GHRH analogue acting on a real, well-described growth-hormone axis, but with thin long-term human outcome data and no controlled trial demonstrating the body-composition, recovery or anti-aging results the category is sold on. A third-party claim of a testosterone-increase guarantee circulates for this brand and does not appear on its own policy pages. Individual results vary.
