Fitstry review
Labs and coaching included
The GLP-1 program of a Wyoming telehealth practice, bundling labs, a care coach every two weeks and a 24/7 support line with compounded semaglutide, tirzepatide or tablets.
Our verdict
Fitstry's pitch is the support around the prescription. Each plan includes a lab panel through Quest or Labcorp, unlimited clinician access, a care coach every two weeks, a round-the-clock support line, an optional anti-nausea prescription and free shipping. Its FAQ gives month-to-month prices of $249 for compounded semaglutide, $339 for tirzepatide and $279 for tablets, which is more than a medication-only plan but includes far more. The problem is clarity. The same page advertises starting prices of $149, $199 and $249, calls $742 of onboarding care free for a limited time, and says it serves 49 states while its parent company's terms exclude nine. If regular coaching and labs matter to you, it's a serious option. Confirm your exact monthly price and that your state is served before you pay.

Fitstry is a GLP-1 program run by Weightstry, LLC, a cash-pay telehealth company registered in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Weightstry's main business is a metabolic and hormone practice for women, but Fitstry is open to adults of any sex. Clinical care comes from the licensed clinicians of an affiliated medical practice, with Weightstry providing the technology and administration. The program was founded by Blake Nations, and its clinical protocols are overseen by Dr. Sergio Naccarato, a board-certified physician it names as head of obesity treatment. Weightstry's terms list four partner pharmacies: RedRock Pharmacy, Health Warehouse, Precision Medicine and Triad Rx. The Fitstry page says it's licensed in 49 states with Louisiana on a waitlist, but Weightstry's terms say it doesn't serve Delaware, Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Rhode Island, New Mexico, West Virginia or D.C. Support is by email and a Wyoming phone line.
How it works
You start with a free assessment of about four minutes that asks about your appetite, energy, weight history and health. Fitstry turns your answers into what it calls a Living Profile, which a clinician licensed in your state reviews, usually within about four hours. If GLP-1 treatment is appropriate, the clinician chooses the medication and starting dose, and approved orders ship free within 48 to 72 hours. From there, you get unlimited messaging or visits with your care team, a dedicated coach every two weeks to track progress and habits, a lab panel covering a metabolic panel, A1c, lipids and thyroid function, and a 24/7 support line staffed by people. Labs are recommended but not always required to start. Your clinician can add an anti-nausea medication if needed. Medication ships every four weeks, and Weightstry's policy lets you request one clinician switch in your first 60 days.
Pricing transparency
Fitstry's prices are hard to pin down. Its FAQ says that, billed month-to-month, compounded semaglutide is $249 a month, tirzepatide $339 and oral tablets $279, and that you can cancel anytime. Elsewhere, the same page lists "starting at" prices of $149 for semaglutide, $199 for tirzepatide and $249 for tablets, and says longer prepaid plans run lower. For a limited time there's no program fee, and the page says $742 of onboarding care is included free, a figure it bases on outside market rates rather than its own charges. You pay for your first month at checkout, and it's refunded in full, automatically, if a clinician doesn't approve you. Plans bill every four weeks. The FAQ also says the pharmacy bills medication separately from the program fee, which is confusing when no program fee applies. Weightstry's refund policy adds that dispensed medication isn't refundable, except when your clinician decides after your first labs that it isn't appropriate.
Branded vs compounded
Fitstry prescribes compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide as weekly injections, plus a once-daily dissolvable GLP-1 tablet. All are compounded by licensed pharmacies for the individual patient and are not FDA-approved; the program says it doesn't prescribe brand-name drugs. The 15% and up to 21% weight-loss figures on its page come from the clinical trials of the brand-name drugs, and Fitstry notes that they don't describe compounded versions. Weightstry says your provider will go over the specific medication, its active ingredient, risks and FDA-approved alternatives before it's dispensed. The site displays Weightstry's LegitScript seal. A search of the FDA warning-letter database under the company's names and web address returned no letters.

The evidence behind what Fitstry prescribes
We grade the molecules, not the marketing. Here is what the human data actually shows for each thing on their menu.
- What the semaglutide weight-loss trials actually showed
STEP 1, STEP 4, and SELECT — the efficacy, the rebound, and the cardiovascular signal, read straight from the primary literature.
- Tirzepatide vs semaglutide for weight loss: what the trials actually support
Most comparisons are cross-trial. Only SURPASS-2 and SURMOUNT-5 randomized one drug against the other — here's the precise distinction.
- Compounded vs branded GLP-1: regulatory status, sourcing and the evidence
Compounded GLP-1 isn't FDA-approved, the shortage exception behind it ended in 2025, the FDA moved against mass-marketed copies in 2026, and the trial data belong to the branded product. Here's the precise picture.
