Its medical menu spans weight loss — compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide plus brand-name Wegovy and Zepbound and phentermine — hormone therapy including testosterone therapy and women's hormone therapy, growth hormone optimization with sermorelin, a wellness line covering NAD⁺, vitamin injections, IV therapy and methylene blue, hair restoration, sexual health and a large aesthetics practice. Its own sermorelin page states the treatment is available as either injections or capsules depending on preference and medical need.

How it works

In-person first, telehealth second, which inverts the usual structure on this board and is the substance of what you are buying. Being seen at a clinic means a clinician can administer or supervise an injectable, take a history in the room, and follow up in person — a different level of oversight from an asynchronous intake and a shipping label. The med-spa breadth cuts both ways: consolidating hormone therapy, peptides, weight loss and aesthetics under one roof is convenient, but it also means peptide therapy is one line on a very long menu rather than a specialism. The constraints are firm. Coverage stops at eight states and 16 clinics, which the provider's own live location list confirms — its record carried a higher count. Its telehealth arm runs on a separate domain, which fragments the trail if you want to check who you are dealing with. And no medical director is formally named anywhere; a physician appears only in a patient testimonial, which is not the same thing.

Ask for the monthly cost of sermorelin specifically, whether the injection and the capsule are priced differently, whether an in-office administration fee applies on top, whether the price changes as the dose escalates, and what the NAD⁺ protocol costs per session or per course. Ask the same questions about labs, which are not described anywhere in the published pathway.

Branded vs compounded

Compounded; not FDA-approved. Prescription required only if a licensed provider finds it appropriate — and on the peptide line that framing is ours rather than the clinic's, because its sermorelin page never states whether the product is compounded and no compounded-medication disclaimer appears prominently on the site. That is a genuine gap: the FDA-approval distinction is the single most important thing a buyer needs to understand, and a practice offering both brand-name Wegovy and Zepbound and compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide is exactly the setting where it should be spelled out. No compounding pharmacy is named and no 503A or 503B designation is given. On the evidence, sermorelin acts on the growth-hormone axis, a real and well-described mechanism, but the long-term human outcome data stays thin and no controlled trial supports the body-composition or anti-aging results the category is marketed on; the oral capsule route in particular has no comparative bioavailability data published here. Injected NAD⁺ has no controlled human outcome trials; oral NR and NMN are the studied forms and they raise a blood level. If you also take up the testosterone line, note that testosterone therapy carries real monitoring requirements and suppresses fertility. Individual results vary.
