It displays a LegitScript seal, states availability in all 50 states plus the District of Columbia, and advertises no membership fees and free shipping from licensed US pharmacies. Five states — Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico and West Virginia — require a brief video or audio visit before treatment rather than an asynchronous online intake.

"Same price at every dose" is a GLP-1 page claim; sermorelin is priced by vial size, so a larger vial costs more.
