How it works

That roster is the reason to look here: compounded sterile products are not reviewed by the FDA for purity and potency the way approved drugs are, so the identity and standards of the compounder are most of what a buyer has to evaluate, and Harmony gives you four names to check rather than a category. The published state list — 35 states plus DC, enumerated — is the second real disclosure, and it lets you confirm eligibility before starting. What is not disclosed is thinner but material. No MD or DO is named behind the nurse-practitioner-led model, which is not a problem in itself but is worth knowing. Pricing transparency

NAD⁺ is $200 for a five-week supply and glutathione $200 for a five-week supply — five weeks is not a month, so the annualised cost of those two is higher than the figure suggests. PT-141 is $200. BioBoost is $150 for a ten-week supply, L-carnitine $175 for twelve weeks, Lipo-B $175 for five weeks, and low-dose naltrexone $190 for a 90-day supply. On the weight-loss side, pricing scales with dose level rather than staying flat: the semaglutide formulation runs across five levels from $200 to $300 a month and the tirzepatide formulation across six levels from $250 up to $450. Before enrolling, confirm what the peptide supply actually contains in dose and quantity, whether the peptide prices escalate by level the way the GLP-1 prices do, and whether a consultation fee sits outside the medication price — the site does not state that either way.

Branded vs compounded

Sermorelin acts on the growth-hormone axis, a real and well-described mechanism, with thin long-term human outcome data and no controlled trial behind the body-composition claims. Injected NAD⁺ has no controlled human outcome trials; oral NR and NMN are the studied forms and they raise a blood level rather than demonstrate a benefit. Injectable glutathione has essentially no controlled human outcome evidence. PT-141 is the exception and deserves to be treated as one: bremelanotide has genuine randomised human trial evidence, for hypoactive sexual desire disorder specifically, with an effect size that is real but modest — it is not a general performance or libido enhancer.
