What it is

LifespanningRx is a clinician-guided longevity and peptide telehealth brand operated by Lifespanning Media Corp., a Florida corporation at 495 Brickell Ave, Miami. Its menu leads with NAD⁺, sermorelin, glutathione and B12 within what it describes as more than fifty peptide therapies, alongside a compounded GLP-1 weight-loss program using semaglutide and tirzepatide. It also runs a turnkey white-label platform that lets clinics, trainers and wellness brands launch the same programs under their own name, so the consumer brand is only half the business.

How it works

Assessment-gated and clinician-guided in three stated steps: a short online questionnaire covering goals, health information and contraindications with no prescription issued at that stage; a virtual consultation with a physician who decides whether care is medically appropriate; then dispensing and overnight shipping by 503A and 503B licensed US pharmacies at the physician's discretion. Membership is free with no monthly fee, which removes the double-charge structure common on this board, and coverage is stated as 48-plus states including Washington DC. It publishes its quality standards as a chain — qualified sourcing, potency and sterility testing, AQL inspection, a certificate of conformance, quality review and release — which is a level of specificity worth crediting even though the certificates themselves are not posted. Two caveats belong up front. Nothing about dose or price is visible until you have completed the assessment and been approved, so the entire economic comparison happens after you have handed over health information. And because the platform is white-labelled to partner clinics, the brand you actually buy through may not be this one, which makes the experience less predictable than the certification implies.

Pricing transparency

Nothing is published. There is no sermorelin price, no NAD⁺ price and no glutathione price on the public site — access to the programs is described as private and granted after approval, and the only figure visible is a promotional "$50 off your first prescription". We are therefore not quoting a number. Membership itself is free with no monthly fee, which at least means the price you are eventually quoted is the medication rather than the medication plus a subscription. Before completing the assessment, be clear what you are asking for at the end of it: the specific molecule, its dose and route, the monthly cost, whether that cost changes as the dose changes, what happens if you stop mid-program, and whether the price you are quoted is the consumer brand's or a partner clinic's. The free consultation means asking costs nothing but the health information you have already given.

Branded vs compounded

Compounded; not FDA-approved. Prescription required only if a licensed provider finds it appropriate. LifespanningRx states that prescriptions are fulfilled by US-registered pharmacies and that it works with 503A and 503B licensed pharmacy partners, and it holds LegitScript certification — but individual pharmacies are not named, and compounded sterile products are not reviewed by the FDA for purity and potency the way approved drugs are, which is exactly why its published potency and sterility testing chain is worth something even unverified. On the evidence, the three molecules it leads with are not equivalent. Sermorelin is a GHRH analogue acting on your own pituitary — a real, well-characterised mechanism whose long-term human outcome data remains thin. Injected NAD⁺ has no controlled human outcome trials; the NAD⁺ forms with human data are the oral precursors NR and NMN, and what they show is a raised blood NAD⁺ level, a biomarker rather than a clinical outcome. Injectable glutathione has essentially no controlled human outcome data behind the detoxification and antioxidant claims made for it. A "50+ peptide therapies" menu will necessarily contain molecules with far less evidence than these three, so ask what the specific molecule is before agreeing to a protocol. Individual results vary.
