Bodybuilding Health+ puts the Bodybuilding.com name on a straightforward compounded GLP-1 service, and it is more forthcoming than most about who is behind it: it names its medical group, the two physicians who lead it, and all four of its compounding pharmacies. Prices sit on the homepage with no membership fee, starting at $179 for one month of semaglutide and $209 for one month of tirzepatide, with cheaper per-month rates if you buy a bundle. Read the bundle math, though, because the 12-month tirzepatide bundle costs more per month than the 6-month one. And while the FAQ says plans can be canceled at any time, the terms say all sales are final. Despite the name, there is no strength-training or muscle-preservation program attached, so the fitness side is branding rather than a service.

How it works
You complete an online medical intake, a U.S.-licensed provider from the Lion MD medical group reviews it and builds a treatment plan, and if you are prescribed, the medication ships to your door. Bodybuilding Health+ names the group's leads, Dr. Ana Lisa Carr and Dr. Kelly Tenbrink, and lists their national provider numbers, which makes it easy to look up who is overseeing your care. It promises ongoing provider check-ins after you start, though it doesn't say how often they happen or whether you can message a clinician directly. It names four partner pharmacies with phone numbers: Belmar Pharmacy, Strive Pharmacy, Epiq Scripts and Casa Pharma Rx. It does not say which one fills which product, and you can ask for your prescription to go to a different licensed pharmacy. On availability, the FAQ says it serves patients in all 50 states, with some services varying by state. The terms are more cautious: they say the service is available in certain states and tell you to email customer service for the current list. Confirm your state before you pay.
Pricing transparency
The homepage lists bundle prices for both GLP-1s, with no membership fee and no separate charge for the provider. Compounded semaglutide is $179 for one month, $159.33 a month on a 3-month bundle, $158 a month on a 6-month bundle and $141.50 a month on a 12-month bundle. Compounded tirzepatide is $209 for one month, $179 a month on a 3-month bundle, $174.67 a month on a 6-month bundle and $187.33 a month on the 12-month bundle labeled "Best Value." That last figure is higher than the 6-month rate, so the 6-month bundle is the cheaper tirzepatide option per month. The bundle tiles show a total saving, which suggests you pay for the bundle up front, so confirm how and when you'll be charged before choosing one. The homepage doesn't say whether the price changes as your dose rises. The add-ons are priced separately: NAD⁺ and sermorelin each start at $129 a month, the GHK-Cu topical at $129, glutathione at $179 and PT-141 at $169. On cancellation, the FAQ says plans can be adjusted or canceled at any time by contacting support. The terms add that consultation fees are not refundable, prescription products can't be returned and all sales are final, so a canceled bundle is unlikely to come with money back for medication already sent.
Branded vs compounded
Compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide, prescribed when a provider finds them appropriate. These are pharmacy-compounded products, not the FDA-approved Wegovy or Zepbound, and the site says plainly that compounded GLP-1s have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality. The weight-loss evidence comes from trials of the branded drugs, so ask the pharmacy that fills your order for its testing records. The longevity and peptide add-ons are a separate question. Injected NAD⁺, glutathione, GHK-Cu and sermorelin have far thinner human evidence for the energy, recovery and skin benefits the site lists.
