Novi sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide at one price that includes the telehealth visit, the prescription and free shipping, with no separate membership and the same price at every dose. The homepage leads with "now starting at $133/mo" against a struck-through $299 and a countdown timer, and the price for your specific drug appears only inside the intake. The bigger issue is the commitment. The homepage says "cancel anytime," but Novi's terms require a three-month minimum and say the first three months are "charged at the time of purchase" and are non-refundable unless a provider decides treatment isn't appropriate. Treat a Novi sign-up as a three-month purchase, and get the total in writing before you pay.

Novi is a cash-pay telehealth service for GLP-1 weight loss. It sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections, and also lists brand-name Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro and Zepbound, with Mounjaro shown from $1,500. Prescriptions are written by clinicians of an independent medical group and filled by what Novi calls licensed U.S. pharmacies; neither the medical group nor the pharmacy is named on its public pages, and no state list is published. Novi claims more than 125,000 customers.
How it works
You start with a free two-minute evaluation that begins with height and weight. A licensed clinician reviews the intake and, if appropriate, writes the prescription, and Novi says orders ship within a day of the prescription by free, discreet two-day delivery. A private telehealth appointment is scheduled only if your clinician needs one. Novi advertises one-on-one medical support during treatment and says you can email its support team at any time. One of its FAQ answers gives the time from approval to delivery as two to three days and another as two to three weeks, so ask which applies. Your state of residence decides which medications you can be offered, and Novi doesn't publish which states it serves. Before you pay, ask four things in writing: the monthly price for your exact medication and the three-month total that will be charged today; which pharmacy compounds it; whether that price covers the higher doses you may titrate to; and how you reach a clinician if side effects start.
Pricing transparency
The homepage shows a single headline figure, "Was $299 Now starting at $133/mo," next to a timer saying the price will increase, along with "Up to $200 off" semaglutide and "Up to $250 off" tirzepatide. The per-drug price appears during the intake. Novi says the price includes the consult, prescription and shipping, with no hidden fees, no monthly membership and the same price at every dose, and Buy Now Pay Later plans are available. The terms change the math. Subscriptions carry a minimum three-month commitment, and "the first month's fee as well as the monthly fee for the following two months (for a total of three (3) consecutive months) is charged at the time of purchase and is non-refundable" unless a provider decides you shouldn't be prescribed. At the $133 headline, that is about $400 on the first day, before you know how you tolerate the drug. After that, the subscription renews every 30 days, and $20 of each monthly fee goes to the independent physician group as a consultation fee. To stop renewals once the three months are done, cancel by email or in your patient dashboard at least 15 days before the next processing date. The refund policy accepts no returns. The terms also warn that disputing a charge to get around the commitment can be sent to collections.
Branded vs compounded
