How it works

The catalogue is unusually wide, and the peptide and testosterone pages are the useful ones because they carry prices; several other lines do not. The thing to check before you engage is which products are actually orderable. On the Energy & Vitality page, vitamin B12 is priced at 'as low as $84/mo' and Ultra Burn at $119/mo with working Buy Now buttons, while NAD⁺ Injection and NAD⁺ Sublingual tablets both read 'Coming soon' in the same slot — so the NAD⁺ menu item in the navigation is not a purchasable product. Nu Image also does not publish a per-state availability list (it describes itself as a fully online prescription service and confirms eligibility during intake), does not name its compounding pharmacy, and publishes no price at all for its GLP-1 programs despite advertising 'fixed pricing and no hidden fees'. Its enclomiphene price is inconsistent across two pages we checked, which is a reason to confirm any figure at checkout rather than from a category card.

Pricing transparency

Sermorelin is listed at 'as low as $169/mo' in all three formats — injection, rapid-dissolve tablet and nasal spray — and the testosterone line at 'as low as $149/mo' across injection, tablet and gel. Read 'as low as' literally: these are entry figures for a personalised prescription, so ask whether the number moves once a provider sets your dose, and ask what the billing period and cancellation terms are, because neither is stated on the product cards. Nothing on the site tells you whether lab work is included or billed, which matters far more on the testosterone side than the peptide side. And nothing here is a GLP-1 price: Nu Image advertises fixed pricing for its weight-loss programs but publishes no dollar figure for them anywhere, so the peptide and hormone figures above are the only prices you can rely on before intake.

Branded vs compounded

Compounded; not FDA-approved. Prescription required only if a licensed provider finds it appropriate. Nu Image's weight-loss line is verified to include compounded semaglutide, and its peptide and hormone products are compounded preparations, which are not reviewed by the FDA for purity and potency the way approved drugs are; the pharmacy is not named. On evidence, the catalogue spans a wide range. Sermorelin is a GHRH analogue that stimulates your own pituitary — a real, well-described mechanism whose long-term human outcome data remains thin, and the sublingual and nasal formats have less pharmacokinetic support behind them than the injection, a distinction the flat price obscures. Testosterone replacement has the largest randomised safety base of anything in this batch, and it needs ongoing haematocrit, PSA and testosterone monitoring that Nu Image does not describe. Enclomiphene raises endogenous testosterone through a real hypothalamic-pituitary mechanism with clinical trial support, but is not FDA-approved for that use. PT-141 (bremelanotide) is an approved drug for one narrow indication — generalised hypoactive sexual desire disorder in premenopausal women — so a compounded version prescribed to anyone else is off-label use of an approved molecule.
