REMEVi publishes a page most of this category would never write: the four pharmacies that fill its prescriptions, named with cities and states, plus the statement that the pharmacy name, lot number and beyond-use date appear on your vial label. Pair that with one flat $229 covering any of its six preparations, intake and care coordination in English or Spanish, and a clinical network licensed across all 50 states and DC, and the operational disclosure here is genuinely strong. The catch is arithmetic, not honesty: $229 per four weeks is thirteen charges a year, so it is not a monthly price, and the evidence behind four of the six preparations ranges from thin to absent.

REMEVi is a bilingual English-and-Spanish telehealth clinic operated by REMEVi LLC of Las Vegas, Nevada. Its cellular-optimization line is deliberately closed rather than a catalog: six prescribed preparations — NAD⁺ (as injection, nasal spray or oral dropper), sermorelin, B12/MIC, glutathione, methylene blue, and Lipo-C/L-carnitine. A separate GLP-1 weight-loss program runs compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections and oral semaglutide, offered in 49 states and DC but not Louisiana. Prescribing clinicians come through the OpenLoop network, whose licenses are stated as checked against the issuing state board and the NPI registry; REMEVi's own care coordinators work in English or Spanish, and it says you can choose Spanish from the questionnaire and consultation through to treatment instructions.

Asynchronous and provider-gated: a roughly two-minute intake in English or Spanish, review by a US-licensed provider stated as inside 24 hours, then dispensing by a state-licensed compounding pharmacy in three to five days if a prescription is appropriate. The site says plainly there is no buy-now-without-a-consult path and that a provider may decline. Two structural things stand out. The first is the pharmacy page, which names RedRock Pharmacy in St. George, Utah; Health Warehouse in Florence, Kentucky; Precision Medicine in Bellmore, New York; and Triad Rx in Daphne, Alabama, each with a street address, phone number and a link to the state licensing lookup. It is candid about the limits, too: a listing does not mean every pharmacy prepares every product, assignment depends on your state, the preparation and availability, and you are told to confirm the name on your label. Naming the dispensing pharmacies is the single most useful disclosure a platform in this category can make, and almost nobody makes it. The second is the billing cycle. REMEVi subscriptions run in four-week blocks, and its own pricing copy says plainly that four weeks is 28 days, not a calendar month, which means thirteen charges a year rather than twelve. Budget accordingly. Cancellation needs 72 hours' notice before a billing date, and the refund policy gives a full refund if a provider declines you on medical grounds. REMEVi says it is LegitScript-certified, publishes its operating entity and Las Vegas base, and names a clinical reviewer, a registered nurse, with a California license number.

One number across the whole cellular-optimization line: $229 per four-week subscription for sermorelin, NAD⁺, glutathione, B12/MIC, methylene blue or Lipo-C/L-carnitine, stated as all-inclusive — the clinical evaluation, the prescribed medication, supplies where applicable, discreet shipping and bilingual care coordination, with no insurance billed and no membership fee. The sermorelin page labels that figure founder's pricing, so do not assume it is permanent. Read the cycle before the number. Four weeks is 28 days, not a month; thirteen charges a year at $229 comes to $2,977, against $2,748 for twelve, and comparing $229 against a competitor's monthly figure without adjusting will mislead you. What is not published is dose or vial size next to the price, so "a subscription" is undefined in volume terms — ask what a shipment contains and at what concentration, since that is what actually differs between sermorelin and NAD⁺ vendors. Its GLP-1 pricing is separate and flat by dose: compounded semaglutide injections are $199 billed every four weeks, or $169 and $159 per four weeks on 12- and 24-week prepaid plans, with tirzepatide from $225 and oral semaglutide from $215 on the 24-week prepay. Those are weight-loss numbers, not a peptide or NAD⁺ price.

Compounded; not FDA-approved. Prescription required only if a licensed provider finds it appropriate. REMEVi states this on each product page in its own words, explains the 503A and 503B pathways plainly, and says explicitly that its compounded preparations are not generic versions of any approved drug and have not been studied as finished products — a clear statement, and it still means the FDA has not reviewed those preparations for purity and potency the way it reviews approved drugs. On the evidence, the six preparations are not equivalent purchases at one price. Sermorelin is a GHRH analog that prompts your own pituitary to release growth hormone, preserving the somatostatin feedback loop that injected HGH overrides — a real, well-characterized mechanism whose long-term human outcome data thins out badly past short-term IGF-1 changes. Injected, intranasal and oral compounded NAD⁺ have no controlled human outcome trials; the single human intravenous study was a pharmacokinetic pilot showing infused NAD⁺ clears from plasma quickly, and the forms with human trial data are the oral precursors NR and NMN, which raise blood NAD⁺ — a biomarker, not an outcome. Glutathione has essentially no controlled human outcome data behind the detoxification and skin claims attached to it. Methylene blue has a genuine approved use in methemoglobinemia and an interesting mitochondrial rationale, but the cognitive and longevity claims made for low-dose oral use are not supported by controlled outcome trials, and it interacts dangerously with serotonergic drugs. Individual results vary.
