Solaya MD is a well-structured practice that tells you almost everything except what it charges. Its terms name the full care chain, which very few competitors do: medical services through Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC, whose providers are stated to serve patients in all 50 states, on Bask Health Inc's platform. That is the same medical group and the same platform as The Edit and Trellis Vitality, both already on this board, so three storefronts share one clinical backend — disclosed here rather than left for a reader to discover. The offer is deliberately narrow and sensibly built: weight loss and a longevity line of NAD+ and sermorelin, with the route chosen during the assessment. But across seven pages there is no price for anything, and its hormone line is marked Coming Soon.

Only Goldspan Health, in this same batch, publishes as little. That means Solaya cannot be compared against anything on this board on cost without completing an assessment, and readers who are price-shopping should treat it as an unknown rather than assuming a position in the range. The absence is not a defect in the care model; it is a limit on what a reader can decide before handing over an intake.
Branded vs compounded
Compounded weight-loss medication, NAD+ in oral, injectable and nasal routes, and sermorelin in oral and injectable forms. The route being chosen with a clinician rather than assigned is a genuine advantage here, because the three NAD+ routes differ far more in evidence than in marketing: oral NR and NMN precursors carry the randomized human data and reliably raise blood NAD+, while injected and intranasal NAD+ have no controlled outcome trials at all.
