Our verdict
Synergy Rx is more forthcoming than most of this board about who stands behind the prescription, and less forthcoming than almost anyone about what it costs. Its own FAQ names the clinician group, the two physicians who lead it — with their NPI numbers — and all four partner pharmacies with cities and phone numbers. Very few competitors attempt that. Then the cost question is answered with "transparent pricing is provided after your consultation." Every other product on the site carries a figure: $275 each for NAD⁺, sermorelin, glutathione and PT-141 injections, $109 for B12. The GLP-1, the one thing the homepage actually sells, is the single line with no number attached.

Its FAQ names four outside partner pharmacies — Belmar Pharmacy, Strive Pharmacy, Epiq Scripts and Casa Pharma Rx — each listed with a phone number, and describes medication as shipped from a licensed U.S. pharmacy rather than from Synergy itself. Clinical work is handled by a nationwide group the site calls Lion MD, led by Dr. Ana Lisa Carr, MD and Dr. Kelly Tenbrink, MD, both listed with NPI numbers a reader can look up.
How it works
The published path is an online medical intake, then a telehealth consultation with a licensed provider — not a pure questionnaire-and-ship model — followed by a personalized plan, direct shipping, and monthly check-ins with messaging access between them. Synergy also publishes its eligibility rule up front rather than hiding it behind the funnel: a BMI of 30 or higher, or 27 or higher with at least one weight-related condition such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol or pre-diabetes. Knowing before you start whether you qualify is worth more than most of the trust badges on this board. Worth knowing when you compare: the same clinician group and the same four pharmacies are named in identical language on Breeze Meds and CareBareRX, two other services on this board. Reading three reviews will not get you three different supply chains.
Pricing transparency
Synergy Rx does not publish a GLP-1 price. The FAQ says pricing varies by plan, medication and whether you take a compounded or brand-name product, and that it is provided after your consultation — a sentence that sits directly under the heading "transparent pricing." What is published is the rest of the catalog: NAD⁺, sermorelin, glutathione and PT-141 injections at $275 each and B12 methylcobalamin at $109. A $100 welcome credit is advertised as applied at checkout with no code required, and a site-wide banner reads "2026 Promo Applied." Treatments are FSA and HSA eligible, and the site says most plans bundle provider visits, the prescription, the medication and follow-up care into one figure — which makes the missing number more frustrating, not less, because it would be a genuinely comparable one.
Branded vs compounded
Both routes, which is unusual on this board and is not reflected in a headline anywhere. Synergy's FAQ states that providers may prescribe semaglutide or tirzepatide including the FDA-approved brand names Wegovy, Ozempic and Mounjaro when clinically appropriate, as well as compounded formulations through licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved and are not therapeutically equivalent to the branded drugs. The injectable longevity line — NAD⁺, sermorelin, glutathione — and PT-141 for sexual health carry far less human-outcome evidence than the GLP-1s do, and should be priced and judged separately rather than as part of the same purchase.
