It publishes a physical corporate address, a phone number and business hours, and prints the FDA compounded-medication disclaimer in its footer. Telemedicine is delivered by a third-party licensed provider network.

How it works

Asynchronous with a consultation and a refund guarantee that is unusually clearly stated: you meet a licensed provider within 24 hours of payment, approved orders ship in three to five business days, the provider selects your exact dose at the consultation, and purchasing does not guarantee a prescription — with a full refund, described explicitly as money back rather than store credit, if you are not approved. Spelling out that the refund is cash rather than credit is a small distinction that matters enormously in practice, and almost nobody else states it. The other genuine differentiator is delivery: medication arrives premixed and ready to inject, with no bacteriostatic water to draw and no sharps container to source, which removes the most common source of user error in home injection. Pricing transparency

Specified far better than most, and the unit is where you have to pay attention. Sermorelin is sold as a 28-day supply at $249 all-in, priced identically at low, standard and high dose — 0.75, 2.25 or 3 mg weekly — with a 90-day program at $449. NAD⁺ is a 30-day supply: $249 for a 100 mg weekly injection, $349 for a 500 mg weekly high dose on a 28-day cycle, or $229 for a 120 mg daily nasal spray, with a 3,000 mg 90-day bundle at $499. Glutathione is a 30-day supply at $249 for a 200 mg weekly injection, with a 90-day plan at $399. Stating the weekly milligrams, the cadence and the supply length beside each figure is exactly what lets you compare this against a competitor's bare monthly fee, and it is the strongest thing about the pricing. The catch is that sermorelin bills on 28 days rather than a month, which is thirteen charges a year rather than twelve — roughly $3,237 annually rather than $2,988 — so we publish a floor for NAD⁺ and none for sermorelin. Its GLP-1 line has also moved since our record, now headlined from $189 for semaglutide and $199 for tirzepatide, but those are GLP-1 figures and are not peptide prices.

Branded vs compounded

Compounded; not FDA-approved. Prescription required only if a licensed provider finds it appropriate. WePeptideRx prints the disclosure in its footer — compounded medications are prepared by licensed pharmacies and compounded drugs are not FDA-approved — which is correct, though no pharmacy is named and compounded sterile products are not reviewed by the FDA for purity and potency the way approved drugs are. On the evidence, this catalog spans three tiers and the pricing format does not distinguish between them. Sermorelin is a GHRH analogue stimulating your own pituitary — a real mechanism with thin long-term human outcome data beyond short-term IGF-1 movement. Injected and intranasal NAD⁺ have no controlled human outcome trials at all, and the intranasal route has less pharmacokinetic support than the injection; oral NR and NMN are the studied forms and raise a blood level. Injectable glutathione has essentially no controlled human outcome data. Two items need a specific warning rather than a general one. Methylene blue is an approved drug for methaemoglobinaemia being sold here for cognitive and mitochondrial claims with no controlled human outcome trials behind them, and it interacts seriously with serotonergic medications including SSRIs — disclose every medication you take at intake. PT-141 is approved for one narrow indication, generalised hypoactive sexual desire disorder in premenopausal women, so prescribing to anyone else is off-label use. Individual results vary.
