Healthicare review
Itemized flat price, same at every dose
The Healthi app's telehealth arm, selling compounded semaglutide at $126 a month and tirzepatide at $144, itemized and the same at every dose, plus the Wegovy pill, NAD⁺ and sermorelin.
Our verdict
Healthicare is built around one idea: show every dollar. Each plan price is broken into medication, consultation, preparation, shipping, platform and service fees, there's no membership on top, and the compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide prices stay the same as your dose rises. At $126 a month for semaglutide billed monthly, or about $107 billed quarterly, it's a straightforward cash option, and the coach support and community of the Healthi app come with it. The weak spots are in the paperwork rather than the price. The listed prices exclude California, the terms of service are an older template that still mentions programs it doesn't sell, and the pharmacy details on its own pages don't line up neatly. It suits a cash buyer who values a fixed, itemized monthly price and likes the idea of an app community. Ask which pharmacy will fill your order and confirm your state before you pay.

Healthicare is the telehealth service attached to Healthi, a long-running weight-loss tracking app with its own coaches, meetings and recipes; the site says the community has 1.8 million members. The service is operated by Sunshine Health Studios Inc. It describes itself as a technology platform rather than a medical practice: the clinicians who review intakes and prescribe come from Beluga Health, a telehealth medical group whose physicians are licensed in all 50 states. Its weight-loss program is powered by Bask, a telehealth platform, and its pages name F&F Pharmacies, which trades as Jungle Jim's Pharmacy in Fairfield, Ohio, as a pharmacy partner, with other pharmacies in the Bask network preparing the compounded injections. Besides weight loss, it sells menopause, skin, hair, sexual-health and wellness treatments, including NAD⁺, sermorelin, B12 and methylene blue. It's cash-pay, and HSA and FSA cards are accepted. Support is by email and phone.
How it works
You complete an online health questionnaire, which the site says takes about ten minutes, with no in-person visit. A licensed clinician reviews your answers, typically within 24 hours, and decides whether treatment is appropriate; finishing the intake doesn't guarantee a prescription. If you're approved, a partner pharmacy prepares the medication and ships it, and most patients receive it within about three business days, though its shipping policy allows four to twelve business days in busy periods. Your clinician stays available for dose adjustments and questions, and the program adds coach support and the Healthi community, which includes member meetings and recipes. Doses are increased gradually; the semaglutide page sets out a six-month schedule from 0.2 mg to 2.3 mg a week, and your clinician sets your own. Some compounded preparations include vitamin B12 or glycine, and your prescription label says which.
Pricing transparency
Prices are published for each medication and itemized line by line. Compounded semaglutide is $126 billed monthly, made up of $50 for the medication, $15 for the clinical consultation, $5 for preparation, $20 for shipping, $15 for the telehealth platform and $21 for Healthicare's service. Compounded tirzepatide is $144 a month on the same structure. Choosing the three-month plan cuts each by 15%: $321.30 every three months for semaglutide (about $107 a month) and $367.20 for tirzepatide (about $122). The compounded prices don't rise with your dose. The brand-name Wegovy pill is $268.68 a month on the two starting doses and $448.79 on the 9 mg and 25 mg maintenance doses, because the drug itself costs more there. There's no membership fee, no contract and no cancellation fee; you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time, by phone, email or your account. Fees already paid aren't refunded, and prescription products can't be returned. Every listed price applies in all states except California.
Branded vs compounded
Healthicare prescribes compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide as weekly injections, and its pages state that these compounded preparations are not FDA-approved and haven't been reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality. The weight-loss figures it quotes come from trials of the brand-name drugs, which it notes. It also prescribes the brand-name Wegovy pill, an FDA-approved once-daily semaglutide tablet. Its pages describe batch testing by the network's pharmacies for potency, sterility and endotoxins. One detail to ask about: its weight-loss page names a pharmacy partner that, by the page's own account, can't dispense sterile compounds, which injections are, so other pharmacies in its network must fill those. Healthicare links to LegitScript's lookup tool but doesn't display a certification seal. A search of the FDA warning-letter database under its name, operating company and web address returned no letters.

The evidence behind what Healthicare prescribes
We grade the molecules, not the marketing. Here is what the human data actually shows for each thing on their menu.
- What the semaglutide weight-loss trials actually showed
STEP 1, STEP 4, and SELECT — the efficacy, the rebound, and the cardiovascular signal, read straight from the primary literature.
- Tirzepatide vs semaglutide for weight loss: what the trials actually support
Most comparisons are cross-trial. Only SURPASS-2 and SURMOUNT-5 randomized one drug against the other — here's the precise distinction.
- Compounded vs branded GLP-1: regulatory status, sourcing and the evidence
Compounded GLP-1 isn't FDA-approved, the shortage exception behind it ended in 2025, the FDA moved against mass-marketed copies in 2026, and the trial data belong to the branded product. Here's the precise picture.
- Oral semaglutide (Rybelsus): what the PIONEER trials actually showed
A GLP-1 peptide in a pill is hard to pull off. PIONEER 1, 4, and 6 plus OASIS 1 — read straight from the primary literature.
- NAD+ precursors (NR and NMN): what the human trials actually show
They raise NAD+ and look safe short-term — but human evidence is surrogate-marker level, and no trial shows they extend healthspan.
- Sermorelin benefits: does it work? What the trials show
A real GHRH drug, read against the anti-aging pitch: an approved growth-hormone-releasing analog with a pediatric track record, and a longevity case built more on biomarkers than outcomes.

- Not for compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide; the price is the same at every dose. The Wegovy pill costs more on its two maintenance doses.
- Is Healthicare connected to the Healthi app?
- Yes. It's the telehealth service of the Healthi weight-loss community, and members get coach support and access to the community alongside their prescription.
- Can I cancel Healthicare?
- Yes. There's no contract or cancellation fee, and you can pause or cancel by phone, email or your account. Fees already paid aren't refunded.
- Is Healthicare available in every state?
- Its listed prices apply in every state except California. It says it ships to all 50 states, so confirm your state and price during intake.
- Is Healthicare legit?
- Healthicare is a GLP-1 telehealth service you reach through an online questionnaire and an online intake a clinician reviews. The medications it names are Compounded semaglutide, Compounded tirzepatide and Wegovy pill. What it publishes up front: Compounded semaglutide $126/mo, tirzepatide $144/mo billed monthly (less billed quarterly); Wegovy pill from $268.68/mo; listed prices exclude California. It is cash-pay and states it does not bill insurance. Before you pay, ask in writing about which states it serves.
- Is Healthicare expensive compared with other GLP-1 telehealth providers?
- Healthicare publishes a starting figure of $126/mo. Across the 104 GLP-1 telehealth providers we review that publish a single monthly figure, those run $49 to $399 with a median of $190, which puts Healthicare below the median, toward the cheaper end. The other 156 GLP-1 telehealth providers we review quote only after an intake or price by dose, so they are not in that comparison. A starting figure is not a bill — labs, consultations and shipping are often charged separately, so confirm what your own quote includes.
