BodyLogicMD review
Hormone network, GLP-1 add-on
A national bioidentical hormone network that offers semaglutide as part of its member-priced weight care, with a $79 monthly membership and no published GLP-1 price.
Our verdict
BodyLogicMD is a hormone practice first, and that's how to judge it. If your weight gain arrived with perimenopause, menopause or falling testosterone, a network that tests your hormones and treats weight in the same plan can make sense, and the $79 Advantage membership is month to month and cancelable anytime. As a GLP-1 provider, though, it tells you very little in advance. Its weight page says semaglutide therapy is available, but the site doesn't publish a medication price, a dose plan, a pharmacy or whether the drug is compounded or brand-name. You'll pay the membership and book a consult before you learn what treatment costs. Shoppers who only want a GLP-1 will find clearer offers elsewhere, and anyone who joins should ask for the full monthly cost in writing.

BodyLogicMD, LLC is a U.S. physician network founded in 2003 that specializes in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. Its affiliated hormone specialists, physicians and nurse practitioners treat menopause, perimenopause, low testosterone and related symptoms, along with integrative and functional medicine for healthy aging. Care is delivered at local affiliated clinics, listed by state and city on its site under names such as BodyLogicMD of Arizona or BodyLogicMD of Florida, and by telehealth. Weight loss is one of the symptom areas it treats, and its pricing page lists medically supervised weight management among the treatments members get at member pricing. It also sells supplements through an online shop and markets itself on more than 23 years of physician-led care. Its terms are governed by Florida law, with arbitration in Palm Beach County. It displays a LegitScript seal.
How it works
The process runs through the membership, and the site's symptom quizzes for women and men are an optional first step. You join the Advantage plan, book a comprehensive consult in person or by telehealth, and complete a hormone panel at member pricing, with results reviewed by your specialist. You then receive a protocol built from your labs, symptoms and goals, which may include hormone therapy, supplements and, for weight, semaglutide or other treatment. Telehealth visits are with the same board-certified specialists who see patients in its clinics, and in-person visits are available where a local clinic operates. Treatment ships from the pharmacy to your door. Protocols are adjusted over time based on follow-up labs and how you feel. The site describes most members as noticing changes within four to eight weeks, with weight and body composition typically changing later.
Pricing transparency
The BodyLogicMD Advantage membership costs $79 a month. It's month to month, with no long-term contract, and you can cancel anytime. The membership gives you hormone panels at member pricing, personalized protocols, and member pricing on treatments including hormone therapy, weight management and supplements, but treatments and labs are billed on top. The member-priced hormone panels include estradiol, progesterone, free testosterone, DHEA, cortisol and thyroid markers. The site doesn't publish what semaglutide or any GLP-1 costs, so the monthly total is unknown until after your consult. BodyLogicMD operates on a cash-pay basis and doesn't bill insurance, though it notes there are no prior authorizations or referral waits. No refund policy for treatments is published. If you're comparing it with dedicated GLP-1 services, ask for the full monthly cost of medication, labs and membership in writing before starting.
Branded vs compounded
BodyLogicMD's weight page says semaglutide therapy is available to reduce appetite and body weight, but it doesn't say whether that's a compounded product or brand-name Wegovy or Ozempic, or which pharmacy supplies it. For hormones, it says it works with accredited compounding pharmacies, so ask directly which form of semaglutide you'd receive. Its pricing page argues that compounding lets a prescription be matched to your labs and dose needs, which is the case it makes for compounded hormones. Compounded semaglutide is not FDA-approved and isn't tested the way the brands are; brand-name Wegovy is FDA-approved for chronic weight management and has the trial evidence. Tirzepatide isn't mentioned. Where BodyLogicMD differs is the hormone side: bioidentical estrogen, progesterone and testosterone, prescribed from lab results, alongside weight care. A search of the FDA warning-letter database under BodyLogicMD returned no letters.

The evidence behind what BodyLogicMD prescribes
We grade the molecules, not the marketing. Here is what the human data actually shows for each thing on their menu.
- What the semaglutide weight-loss trials actually showed
STEP 1, STEP 4, and SELECT — the efficacy, the rebound, and the cardiovascular signal, read straight from the primary literature.
- Compounded vs branded GLP-1: regulatory status, sourcing and the evidence
Compounded GLP-1 isn't FDA-approved, the shortage exception behind it ended in 2025, the FDA moved against mass-marketed copies in 2026, and the trial data belong to the branded product. Here's the precise picture.

Access & cost
How we assessed this. This review reflects Aminoscope’s own read of BodyLogicMD’s publicly-stated model — pricing transparency, clinical oversight, medication clarity, and access — against our editorial methodology. We publish no fabricated ratings or first-hand outcomes. A partnership never changes the assessment — see how we make money.
