Corsica Health review
Compounded or brand-name, one site
A New York telehealth brand selling compounded semaglutide from $199 a month and tirzepatide from $299 month to month, plus prescription-only routes to the Wegovy pill, Foundayo, Wegovy and Zepbound.
Our verdict
Corsica Health puts compounded and brand-name options side by side. Compounded semaglutide is $199 on a one-month plan and $149 a month on a three-month plan, and compounded tirzepatide is $299 or $249, each with medication and supplies included. If you'd rather have an FDA-approved drug, it sells a prescription-only plan from $33 a month that sends your prescription for the Wegovy pill, Foundayo, Wegovy or Zepbound to the manufacturer's pharmacy, where you pay for the drug. You're charged only if a provider approves you, and its FAQ says subscriptions can be canceled or paused. The weaknesses are thin disclosure and inconsistent policies. It doesn't name its pharmacies or physicians, its only address is New York, NY, and its refund policy says flatly that there are no refunds while its FAQ offers a first-month satisfaction guarantee. Corsica's own brand-name listings at $1,499 a month cost far more than the prescription-only route.

Corsica Health is the trade name of Corsica Therapeutics LLC, which owns and runs the website. Medical care is delivered through TelegraMD, a telehealth provider network that verifies its clinicians' credentials; Corsica says more than 50 licensed providers work in its network, licensed in each patient's state. The site gives a New York, NY location and a support email, with a chat line and email support that answer within 24 hours. To use it you must be 18 or older and live in a state where the services are available, and you must be in your home state during any telehealth consultation. Its terms include binding individual arbitration and a class-action waiver. It doesn't bill insurance. It doesn't publish a state list; its FAQ says sublingual versions of semaglutide and tirzepatide aren't available in South Carolina, Alabama or Arkansas, though no sublingual product appears in its catalog. The site displays a LegitScript seal.
How it works
You choose a treatment and plan, check out, and then complete a medical questionnaire of about five minutes on your health history, current medications and goals. Your card is charged only if a licensed provider approves treatment, usually within 24 hours. For compounded medication, the approved order goes to a licensed pharmacy, typically ships within one or two business days and arrives in three to five, in discreet packaging with temperature-controlled materials and free shipping. For a brand-name prescription-only plan, the provider sends the prescription to NovoCare Pharmacy or LillyDirect, which contacts you for payment and ships the drug. All follow-up happens online: providers check in through the patient portal as needed to monitor progress and adjust treatment, and care coordinators answer messages, most within a few hours. Its telehealth consent says you can ask for a prescription to be filled at a pharmacy of your choice.
Pricing transparency
Compounded semaglutide is $199 a month on the one-month plan or $447 for a three-month plan ($149 a month). Compounded tirzepatide is $299 on the one-month plan or $747 for three months ($249 a month). Both include the medication, injection supplies, alcohol swabs, portal access and free shipping, and the FAQ says the monthly fee covers your provider consultation and ongoing care, with no hidden fees. Prescription-only plans for the Wegovy pill, Foundayo, Wegovy and Zepbound cost $65 for one month or $99 for three months ($33 a month), and the drug is paid separately to the manufacturer's pharmacy. Ozempic, Wegovy, Zepbound and Mounjaro bought through Corsica are listed from $1,499 a month. Product pages also promote a 25%-off code; the prices above are before any code. The FAQ says subscriptions can be canceled any time without penalties or paused with notice. Refunds are where the site contradicts itself: the refund policy says it can't offer refunds or returns, apart from help with damaged or missing items, while the FAQ promises a first-month satisfaction guarantee and says products are generally non-refundable after shipment.
Branded vs compounded
Corsica sells compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide as weekly injections, and its disclaimer says compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and the FDA doesn't evaluate their safety, effectiveness or quality. It describes them as compounded in the U.S. by licensed pharmacies, but it doesn't name the pharmacies. On the brand-name side, the Wegovy pill and Foundayo are daily FDA-approved tablets for weight management, and Wegovy and Zepbound are weekly FDA-approved injections; through the prescription-only plans, these come from the manufacturers' own pharmacies at their self-pay prices. A search of the FDA warning-letter database under Corsica and its site name returned no letters. The site displays a LegitScript seal.

The evidence behind what Corsica Health prescribes
We grade the molecules, not the marketing. Here is what the human data actually shows for each thing on their menu.
- What the semaglutide weight-loss trials actually showed
STEP 1, STEP 4, and SELECT — the efficacy, the rebound, and the cardiovascular signal, read straight from the primary literature.
- Tirzepatide vs semaglutide for weight loss: what the trials actually support
Most comparisons are cross-trial. Only SURPASS-2 and SURMOUNT-5 randomized one drug against the other — here's the precise distinction.
- GLP-1 pill vs injection: what you trade for swallowing it
Oral semaglutide 50 mg matched the injection to within 0.2 of a percentage point — but not at the approved dose, and the daily fasting protocol is the cost nobody mentions.
- Orforglipron: the oral non-peptide GLP-1, and what the trials actually show
A once-daily small-molecule GLP-1 pill with no food restrictions — from Phase 2 proof of concept to the Phase 3 read-outs. The evidence, graded.

- Is Corsica Health expensive compared with other GLP-1 telehealth providers?
- Corsica Health publishes a starting figure of $199/mo. Across the 92 GLP-1 telehealth providers we review that publish a single monthly figure, those run $49 to $399 with a median of $190, which puts Corsica Health above the median. The other 122 GLP-1 telehealth providers we review quote only after an intake or price by dose, so they are not in that comparison. A starting figure is not a bill — labs, consultations and shipping are often charged separately, so confirm what your own quote includes.
