NavioMD review
Same-day visit, dose-tiered price
A same-day telehealth service selling compounded tirzepatide from $189/mo with the visit included, or brand-name Zepbound from $445/mo, with no membership required.
Our verdict
NavioMD is built around speed: you can see a provider the same day, between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m. Eastern, and orders placed before 4 p.m. ship for two-day delivery. Its Basic option needs no membership. One price per order covers the visit and the medication, $189 a month for compounded tirzepatide at the lower doses and $209 at the higher ones, and starter orders include B12 and anti-nausea medication. It also sells brand-name Zepbound, which few compounded-first services do. There's no compounded semaglutide, though, a provider visit fee isn't refunded if you're turned down, and the refund and cancellation terms are short on detail.

NavioMD Inc. is a direct-pay telehealth company with a mailing address in St. Petersburg, Florida. It covers weight loss, women's hormone care (progesterone capsules and Biest cream) and wellness treatments such as NAD⁺, sermorelin and glutathione, and its site is available in English and Spanish. It says it pairs AI tools with board-certified clinicians. Every prescription is dispensed by one partner, The Pharmacy Hub, a 503A pharmacy that handles both compounded and brand-name drugs. NavioMD operates in 48 states; it doesn't serve Alabama or Mississippi, and the intake checks your state before you're charged. Its privacy policy says it treats itself as a HIPAA covered entity and that services are for adults 18 and older. Insurance isn't accepted, but FSA and HSA cards are. Its phone and email support keep the same hours as its providers, 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Eastern, seven days a week. It displays a LegitScript seal (ID 43281226). Its satisfaction figures, such as 92% saying the service made treatment simpler, come from its own internal survey.
How it works
You answer a short health questionnaire, about three minutes, then book a virtual consultation with a licensed provider, which is available the same day. A consultation is required before you can buy tirzepatide or Zepbound. During the visit the provider reviews your history and goals and, if appropriate, prescribes the same day. Approved orders ship within 24 hours from The Pharmacy Hub, and most arrive in two business days; visits completed after 4 p.m. Eastern ship the next business day. All first GLP-1 orders include B12 and anti-nausea medication. On the Basic option you pay for care as you use it. The optional NavioMD Support plan, $75 a month, adds up to two extra provider visits a month and ongoing guidance. NavioMD pitches it at people who are new to treatment or want regular check-ins; you can upgrade from Basic at any time and cancel Support from the patient portal whenever you like. Unlimited messaging with your provider is included either way.
Pricing transparency
Compounded tirzepatide is priced by dose: $189 a month at 2.5, 5 or 7.5 mg and $209 a month at 10, 12.5 or 15 mg, against a listed regular price of $299. On the Basic option that price includes the provider visit, your treatment plan and the medication, with no membership, commitment or recurring fee. Brand-name Zepbound KwikPen is $445 a month at 2.5 mg, $545 at 5 mg and $595 from 7.5 to 15 mg. Shipping is free. The product pages add that you pay up front in full and that the final price depends on the product and plan you choose, so confirm the total at checkout. The Support plan is $75 a month on top, with medication priced separately. If the provider finds you ineligible, the medication cost is refunded, but the provider visit fee isn't, because the service has been delivered; the site doesn't say what that fee is. Once a prescription has been processed and shipped, it can't be returned or refunded. Damaged shipments are reviewed case by case.
Branded vs compounded
Compounded tirzepatide by weekly injection, prepared by a 503A pharmacy, and brand-name Zepbound in the KwikPen, which is FDA-approved for chronic weight management. NavioMD's product page states that compounded tirzepatide is not FDA-approved, isn't made by or affiliated with Eli Lilly, and that packaging may differ from the commercial product. One patient testimonial mentions switching to a GLP-1 with added ingredients to help with nausea; ask your provider exactly what your formulation contains. No compounded semaglutide is offered, although the FAQ mentions semaglutide in general terms. Zepbound's trial results apply to the brand-name pen, not to the compounded version. A search of the FDA warning-letter database for NavioMD, Navio and The Pharmacy Hub found no letters to these companies.

The evidence behind what NavioMD prescribes
We grade the molecules, not the marketing. Here is what the human data actually shows for each thing on their menu.
- Tirzepatide vs semaglutide for weight loss: what the trials actually support
Most comparisons are cross-trial. Only SURPASS-2 and SURMOUNT-5 randomized one drug against the other — here's the precise distinction.
- Zepbound vs Wegovy: what the trials actually show
Zepbound (tirzepatide) leads on weight loss in the one head-to-head trial; Wegovy (semaglutide) has the cardiovascular-outcomes approval. An honest comparison.
- Compounded vs branded GLP-1: regulatory status, sourcing and the evidence
Compounded GLP-1 isn't FDA-approved, the shortage exception behind it ended in 2025, the FDA moved against mass-marketed copies in 2026, and the trial data belong to the branded product. Here's the precise picture.
