First orders get $50 off on the 1-month tier and $100 off on the longer ones, and the homepage advertises up to $150 off. That is why the homepage shows figures like "$112 first month" next to the $212 12-month rate. Microdosing tirzepatide is $169 a month, shipped every 12 weeks, and NAD⁺ starts at $169 a month. Enhance says the price includes labs, provider visits, medication and shipping with no hidden fees. If you have the prescription sent to an outside pharmacy, you pay that pharmacy for the medication directly. Subscriptions auto-renew, and you can pause or cancel by contacting support. Branded vs compounded
