Factor Health MD review
Flat price at every dose
A Florida telehealth service selling compounded semaglutide, tirzepatide and liraglutide at one flat price for every dose, from $79.99 a month on a yearly plan, with a three-month commitment on weight-loss programs.
Our verdict
Factor Health MD's main selling point is a full, public price list that doesn't climb as your dose goes up. Compounded semaglutide runs from $99.99 a month on its monthly plan down to $79.99 on a twelve-month plan, tirzepatide from $189.99 down to $149.99, and it also sells compounded liraglutide. Plans include medication, supplies, virtual physician visits and shipping, and every patient has a video visit. The catch is in the payment terms. Weight-loss programs require a three-month commitment whatever plan you pick, canceling early costs a fee equal to a full month at its much higher retail price, and a canceled order is refunded minus a $50 fee. Its FAQ also says in one answer there's no long-term contract, so read the payment agreement before you sign up.

Factor Health MD is a telehealth subscription service based in St. Petersburg, Florida. It describes itself as a medical subscription service focused on metabolic health, with weight loss as its main program and vitamin injections, sermorelin, erectile dysfunction treatment and a hair-regrowth product alongside. It doesn't practice medicine itself: independent healthcare providers affiliated with the service make diagnoses and treatment decisions, and independent compounding pharmacies fill and ship prescriptions. Neither the medical group nor the pharmacies are named. Services are available in select states, and the terms point to a state list on the website that isn't posted. The GLP-1 programs are for adults from 18 to 75. Support is by phone, text and email. The site displays a LegitScript seal.
How it works
You choose a medication and fill out an online health assessment; in some cases lab work is needed to confirm eligibility. Factor then schedules a two-way video appointment with a licensed provider, which it requires for every patient. If treatment is appropriate, your prescription is mailed from one of its partner compounding pharmacies, with 30-, 60- or 90-day refills depending on your plan. Factor says it doesn't ship refrigerated products, so transit delays don't affect the medication. Providers are assigned by state license and availability, and you can ask for a different one. If you're already taking a GLP-1, you can send documentation of your current prescription and dose to continue where you left off. You can ask for your prescription to be sent to a pharmacy of your choice, but Factor's prices apply only through its own network.
Pricing transparency
Factor publishes its full price list. Compounded Semaglutide Plus is $99.99 a month on the monthly plan, $94.99 a month on a quarterly plan ($284.97 for three months), $89.99 on a six-month plan ($539.94) and $79.99 on a twelve-month plan ($959.88). Tirzepatide Plus is $189.99 monthly, $179.99 quarterly ($539.97), $169.99 for six months ($1,019.94) and $149.99 for twelve months ($1,799.88). Compounded liraglutide is $150 a month on a three-month plan ($450), up to a 1.8 mg dose. Every dose costs the same, and plans include syringes, swabs, virtual physician visits and shipping. There's also a pay-as-you-go option with no recurring charge, priced by vial: semaglutide $300 to $550, tirzepatide $399 or $499. Read the payment terms: weight-loss programs require a three-month commitment regardless of payment plan, and canceling early triggers a fee equal to one month at the retail price it lists ($249.99 semaglutide, $369.99 tirzepatide, $269.99 liraglutide). An order canceled before the pharmacy fills it is refunded minus $50; a rejected prescription is refunded in full. No insurance; HSA and FSA cards accepted.
Branded vs compounded
Factor offers compounded semaglutide (Semaglutide Plus), compounded tirzepatide (Tirzepatide Plus) and compounded liraglutide, all as weekly or daily injections. Depending on the pharmacy formulation, the compounded GLP-1s may include glycine, vitamin B12 or vitamin B6, which Factor says are added for metabolism, energy and nausea. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The site doesn't name its compounding pharmacies, saying only that they're licensed U.S. pharmacies and recommending LegitScript- or NABP-certified facilities. A search of the FDA warning-letter database under the company's name and web address returned no letters.

The evidence behind what Factor Health MD prescribes
We grade the molecules, not the marketing. Here is what the human data actually shows for each thing on their menu.
- What the semaglutide weight-loss trials actually showed
STEP 1, STEP 4, and SELECT — the efficacy, the rebound, and the cardiovascular signal, read straight from the primary literature.
- Tirzepatide vs semaglutide for weight loss: what the trials actually support
Most comparisons are cross-trial. Only SURPASS-2 and SURMOUNT-5 randomized one drug against the other — here's the precise distinction.
- Liraglutide (Saxenda, Victoza): the first-gen daily GLP-1, read from the trials
About 8% weight loss in SCALE, a real cardiovascular benefit in LEADER, and a daily needle — the honest baseline that weekly semaglutide and tirzepatide now eclipse.
