Its older TRT page highlights a $25 Basic membership, but the current cost article lists Plus at $135 monthly for hormone treatment and Premium at $155 for broader care, before medication. The help center says a second test can be required before hormone treatment and is billed separately. Obtain a treatment-specific quote and ask whether your product is manufactured or compounded. Membership and prescription cancellation are separate actions.

Hone is a telehealth platform for hormone and other longevity-oriented care. An initial blood panel and physician review precede a treatment decision. Its public TRT page advertises a $65 initial test, with partner-lab or at-home collection where available, but testing costs depend on the pathway. Its medication menu includes testosterone, clomiphene, enclomiphene and anastrozole. Availability depends on clinical findings, state and pharmacy. Stopping medication alone also leaves the membership active. Do not assume every injectable is an FDA-approved finished product merely because testosterone cypionate has approved products. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved. Clomiphene and anastrozole may be used off-label in men; enclomiphene is not FDA-approved. Clinicians may discuss selective estrogen receptor modulators when fertility is a priority, but preserved fertility is not guaranteed.
