Our verdict
MANÜ does two useful things. It names its longevity products — NAD⁺ and sermorelin — rather than selling a category, and it puts a number next to NAD⁺ at a point where most competitors would send you to an intake. It also states clearly that each package bundles the online consultation, medication, supplies and shipping, and prints its FDA compounded-medication disclaimer on the homepage. Two things stop it short. Both longevity products are labelled add-on only, so this is not somewhere you buy NAD⁺ on its own. And no billing period is attached to the $150, so what you are actually buying is undefined.
