MANÜ Telehealth is a bilingual English/Spanish platform with compounded GLP-1 weight-loss care and a Daily Health shelf linking NAD⁺ injection and sermorelin. Its homepage displays conflicting GLP-1 starting banners of $4/day and $5/day; neither is a NAD⁺ or sermorelin price. The products have separate Get Started routes, but whether either is available as a standalone purchase is not established before intake. The company describes independent licensed providers and US 503A pharmacy fulfillment without identifying a selected prescriber or dispenser.
