Ravia Health review

Separate program choices

Our verdict

Ravia Reset offers a choice between medication management, optional gut-health services and a three-month glucose-monitoring bundle. The practical comparison is the selected package’s full cost and treating provider, particularly when the psychiatric practice and partner referral have different access rules.

Main trade-offs

  • Reset state roster and dispensing pharmacy unclear
  • GLP-1 formulation and route unspecified

Our review in detail

Full assessment

Ravia Reset may suit readers who want medication management alongside optional testing or glucose monitoring. Its separate consultation charge and unresolved state, formulation and cancellation details deserve a written explanation before choosing a package.

What it is

Ravia Health presents adult virtual psychiatric care and a separate metabolic program called Ravia Reset. Reset repeatedly places prescribing approval with a Ravia Health provider. It should be considered on its own terms rather than treated as an extension of an insured psychiatric visit.

The about page identifies founder Raashida Portier as a nurse practitioner and lists DNP, PMHNP-BC and FNP-BC credentials. Those are the practice’s descriptions; they do not establish a physician role or independent credential verification. A separate legal practice name and dispensing pharmacy are not identified for the Reset offer.

Ravia also promotes a partnership with Lyv Health for nationwide weight, hormone and peptide care. That referral is distinct from the Reset program. The relationship does not establish that Lyv supplies Reset’s clinicians, medication, pricing or state coverage.

How care works

Reset describes telemedicine consultation, prescription management, monthly medication and ongoing monitoring, subject to provider approval. The program estimates clinical review within 24–48 business hours and says a payment link follows approval. This is an advertised process; the exact authorization and charging sequence needs confirmation before submitting payment details.

The psychiatric practice’s general terms require patients to be physically in Florida for telehealth. Reset is adult-focused, but its complete prescribing-state list and the responsibility for care outside Florida are unclear. The separate nationwide partner description does not answer those questions. Confirm which program you are entering and which practice can treat you where you will be located.

UnitedHealthcare acceptance, self-pay and HSA/FSA statements appear in the psychiatric-care material. They do not establish coverage or reimbursement for Reset medication, testing, glucose-monitoring equipment or the Lyv pathway. Ask about each component separately rather than assuming a psychiatric insurance relationship extends to the entire package.

The website privacy policy addresses inquiry information and analytics, says personal information is not sold or rented, and cautions against sensitive health details in ordinary forms. Its HIPAA notice separately describes clinical uses and patient rights. Third-party platforms can have their own notices; these policy statements are not an independent security assessment.

Costs, billing and cancellation

Medication management lists semaglutide at $229 per month or tirzepatide at $349 per month, plus a $30 monthly telehealth consultation fee. That fee is waived for existing Ravia Health patients. For someone who does not qualify for the waiver, the advertised medication-plus-consult sums are $259 or $379 per month before optional services. Confirm how existing-patient eligibility is defined.

Although consultation is described among the program features, the separate $30 charge is explicit. The medication headline therefore does not by itself describe the full new-patient charge. Shipping, exact supply quantity and any additional required testing costs are not clearly itemized.

The Ultra Gut Health package is a separate $595 one-time purchase covering gut analysis, protocol design, follow-up and listed supplementary items. Medication can be added at the $229 or $349 monthly rates. Whether the separate $30 consultation fee also applies to that package is unclear. Optional individual tests include a $249 Gut Health Test, $399 Gut Pro Analysis and $459 gene test; these are additions rather than established requirements for medication access.

Reset + Signos lists three-month bundle totals of $949 with semaglutide or $1,249 with tirzepatide, including medication if prescribed, the Signos app, Dexcom Stelo sensors, consultations, monitoring, management and nutritionist support. Those are program totals, not monthly bills. Payment timing, renewal and shipment schedules are unspecified. Existing-patient loyalty wording mentions 10%, but the displayed selection summary does not consistently resolve the final discounted charge.

Psychiatric initial and follow-up visit prices belong to a different service and should not be added to Reset as assumed requirements. Reset calls medication charges recurring monthly, but does not establish a clear medication cancellation deadline, post-approval refund allocation or partial-use policy. Obtain those terms before committing to either monthly management or a three-month bundle.

Medication and evidence

Reset names semaglutide and tirzepatide, but does not establish the exact GLP-1 dosage form, route, concentration, additives or branded-versus-compounded status. A general compounded-peptide disclaimer does not resolve the formulation of these particular offers. Ask for the exact prescribed product and dispensing pharmacy before comparing it with a branded or compounded alternative.

Testing, supplements and glucose-monitoring features are separate services. Their inclusion does not validate claimed clinical benefits or establish that they are necessary for every patient. Medication selection and suitability remain decisions for the treating professional.
