Trillium Meds review

Pharmacy-specific plans

Our verdict

Trillium’s useful distinction is choice between pharmacy-specific plans, rather than one universal GLP-1 price. Compare the total for the selected pharmacy, whether a starter offer applies, and what happens once the prescription moves to fulfillment.

Main trade-offs

  • Low headline depends on starter eligibility and a three-month plan
  • Exact payment and renewal timing unresolved

Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved. A licensed clinician must assess whether treatment is appropriate; availability does not establish safety or benefit.

Our review in detail

Full assessment

Trillium is a useful comparison for patients comfortable coordinating care through an access platform. Its low monthly headline describes a conditional three-month average; confirm your actual pharmacy, total charge and refund cutoff before enrolling.

What it is

Trillium Meds LLC operates a non-clinical access and administration platform. Its terms distinguish that business from the independent professionals who assess patients and prescribe, and from the pharmacies that dispense medication. Trillium itself does not provide medical care, dispense prescriptions or establish the clinician-patient relationship.

The terms name Beluga Health and Wasef Health as independent provider networks and providers of record. These are disclosed relationships, not a guarantee that either network or a particular clinician will handle your case. Ask which medical practice will be responsible for your treatment and ongoing questions.

Pharmacy choice changes the offer. The Hallandale semaglutide option identifies Hallandale as the fulfillment pharmacy; the Nova tirzepatide option identifies White Label Pharmacy. Those names apply to the selected options, rather than establishing one dispenser for every Trillium prescription. The longevity section is marked coming soon and does not establish an available standalone service.

How care works

Patients submit information for independent clinical assessment, and prescribing remains conditional. The terms allow asynchronous care when the clinician selects it. Trillium describes a portal for provider conversations, medication and dose tracking, goals and shipment information. Confirm which team answers clinical questions and how follow-up and refills are reviewed.

The terms require adults eighteen or older who are located in the United States. Although the platform advertises all fifty states and Puerto Rico, the pharmacy options described here have narrower availability. Nova tirzepatide excludes California. Hallandale semaglutide excludes California, Kansas, Arkansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Alabama, Hawaii, Mississippi and Massachusetts, while describing service elsewhere in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Availability still depends on the proposed prescription and clinical review.

The selector labels one-month plans with one vial and three-month plans with three vials. Vial count does not establish that every three-month order arrives in one shipment. The selected cards advertise FedEx delivery; the shipping policy leaves timing with the dispensing pharmacy and does not guarantee it. The homepage asks patients to allow seven to ten business days.

Trillium’s privacy policy covers public-site and non-clinical information, including analytics and payment processing. It says clinical health information is held in independent clinical and pharmacy systems with their own notices. Request the notice for the practice actually treating you; the platform notice does not explain every clinical data relationship.

Costs, billing and cancellation

The Hallandale semaglutide options are $159 total for one month at any dose, $257 total for a three-month starter plan, and $357 total for three months at any dose. The starter offer is limited to patients new to GLP-1 treatment and covers the first three titrated starter doses. The approximately $86 monthly headline is the $257 starter total divided by three, rather than an $86 month-to-month bill.

The Nova tirzepatide options are $199 total for one month at any dose, $399 total for the three-month starter plan, and $499 total for three months at any dose. The starter plan likewise describes the first three titrated starter doses. These are advertised totals for particular options; the payment schedule, repeat starter eligibility and exact renewal authorization dates are not established.

Trillium describes self-pay services and no membership fee. Its general terms and refund policy nevertheless contemplate consultation and platform-access charges, and the shipping policy allows shipping costs when applicable. The selector does not separately itemize those fees. Obtain the complete charge and its allocation before paying, including whether delivery adds anything. Financing is a payment arrangement, not a lower treatment cost.

Auto-renew can be turned off for future refills, but doing so may not stop an order already processing. The public policies do not establish a precise renewal interval or cancellation-day deadline for each plan. Ask secure support for confirmation of both the next billing date and the status of any active order.

The refund policy promises all amounts paid back if the clinician finds the patient ineligible before a prescription is issued or transmitted. After transmission to the pharmacy, it makes all charges final, including medication, shipping, consultation and platform charges. It also says consultation fees can become nonrefundable after clinical review and platform fees after access is supplied. Clarify how those clauses apply to your order.

The correction or cancellation window before pharmacy transmission can be brief, and the policy warns that email may be too slow. Waiting for shipment confirmation can therefore miss the general refund cutoff. The anonymous cancellation survey described in the privacy policy does not cancel an order or account.

Medication and evidence

The available weight-management selector offers compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injection vials. The Hallandale semaglutide card describes no additives and a beyond-use date up to ninety days; the Nova tirzepatide card describes B6 and a beyond-use date up to 180 days. These statements belong to those options and do not establish every available formulation.

A beyond-use date is a storage and use limit, rather than a refill schedule or permission to extend a prescribed supply. Confirm the exact ingredients, concentration, quantity, storage instructions and pharmacy for your prescription. Compounded medicines are not FDA approved, and a pharmacy or network disclosure is not independent verification of credentials, product equivalence or individual suitability.

Frequently asked

Is Trillium itself the treating medical practice?
No. Its terms describe a non-clinical platform and name independent clinical networks. Confirm the practice and clinician assigned to your care, separately from the dispensing pharmacy.
Does Trillium cost $86 per month?
That headline corresponds approximately to the $257 three-month Hallandale semaglutide starter plan for patients new to GLP-1s. The one-month Hallandale option is $159 total; payment and renewal timing need confirmation.
Can I cancel before my Trillium order ships?
Shipment is not the general refund cutoff. The policy makes all charges final after pharmacy transmission, with additional consultation and platform fee conditions. Turning off future auto-renew may not stop an order processing.
Is Trillium Meds legit?
Trillium Meds is a GLP-1 telehealth service. The medications it names are Compounded semaglutide injections and Compounded tirzepatide injections. Its stated availability: Pharmacy-specific restrictions apply; platform advertises all 50 states and Puerto Rico. What it publishes up front: One-month plan totals: Hallandale semaglutide $159; Nova tirzepatide $199; three-month starter and other plan totals differ. It is cash-pay and states it does not bill insurance. Before you pay, ask in writing about a single monthly price you can check before an intake and how its intake works.
